"He never liked you, honey." The blonde attached to Simon's arm giggled.
I scoffed, "Like hell I'd believe you," I turn to Simon, "This isn't true is it Si?"
I stood there waiting for an answer for what felt like hours, my heart breaking more every second. I watched him look everywhere except my eyes.
"I'm sorry Abi.. It was a dare.. I was supposed to break up with you last year, but I didn't want to hurt your feelings. I'm r-"
The hurt I was feeling turned to anger in a millisecond.
"You didn't want to hurt my feelings! BULLSHIT! If you didn't want to hurt my feelings, you wouldn't have asked me out, you wouldn't have told me you loved me, you wouldn't have taken my virginity! OH MY GOD! YOU TOOK MY FREAKING VIRGINITY! I'm a fucking idiot. You took 2 years of my life. Did you just expect me to be okay with it?" I yell at him.
We had attracted a crowd by now, and Simon being the dickhead he is, had to impress them.
"Fuck off Abi. Just accept I never liked you, I loved Brittany. Got it? Now move, I don't want to look at your ugly face anymore." He laughed.
"Move along now honey." Brittany laughed menacingly.
I turned and ran, I sprinted all the way home. I cried myself to sleep and managed to let my mum let me move to another school.
