3. Your character MUST be a human girl, I'm sorry if you like having boy characters but for this contest and the assignments I have planned, you MUST be a human girl.
4. You will be competing to be one of the turtles' girlfriend (there will be a winner for each turtle!)
5. Never think you have too much detail, I can never get enough of it
