Chapter 3

Jackie's POV

I wake up the next morning with a smile on my face. Today is the day. I'm honestly so excited to spend the whole summer with my best friends.

I walk to my bathroom and take a quick shower. I dry of and pick out a comfy outfit for today. I choose a muscle tee that said "I woke up like this" in black letters with a white bando, a pair of joggers, and my white high top converse. Lastly, I put my hair up in a french braid. I grab all my things and walk down stairs.

I walk in the living room to see my mom waiting for me with her bags.

"You ready mi amor ?" My mom asks smiling big.

"Hell yeah I am." I say jumping up and down and she laughs.

We lock the whole house and we walk towards my moms car. I put my stuff and my mom's stuff in the trunk. I sit in the front seat and my mom starts the car. We pick up Kaylee and Leah and drive straight to the airport.

We make it to the airport and grab all of our things. We check in and go through security and all that boring shit.

Since out flight doesn't leave for another hour, the girls and I went to a Starbucks that was near the gate. I get a white chocolate mocha, Leah gets a frap, and Kaylee gets a pumpkin spice latte. After getting our drinks, we walk back to our gate.

"Flight F7 Atlanta to Miami is now boarding at this time." The intercom announced. The four of us grabbed our things and stood in line. They check our boarding passes and we walk onto the plane.

I walk to my seat and I got the window seat. "Fuck yeah" I say in my head. I put my bag under my seat and my suitcase in the over head compartment. Minutes later, the plane takes off. I plugged my headphones into my phone and was out like a light.

I wake up to someone tapping on my shoulder.

"Rise in shine Jackie, were here." Leah said and chuckled. I yawn and get up from my seat. I grab my stuff and walk out of the plane with Leah. Kaylee and my mom were waiting outside the plane.

We grab a taxi and my mom gives the address to where the hotel was. A few minutes later, we made it to the hotel. It was really pretty and behind it was a huge beach. I stared in awe for what seemed like forever.

My mom checks us in at the front desk and we each got a key card.

"Okay so I get a room and you three share a master suite." My mom says and we nod. We walk on the elevator and I press 12. We all get of the elevator and the girls and I walk towards the suite.

"You guys ready ?" I say and they nod super fast. I put the key card in the slot and opened the door.

"Woah." We all say at the same time.

The suite was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. There was a huge kitchen and a dining table, three bedrooms with bathrooms in them, and a living room that has the view of the beach.

"I call this room." I say.

It was a king size bed with a walk in closet, a huge bathroom, and a balcony that has a view of the beach as well.

"Damn it, I should've came here first." Kaylee said and I laughed.

After in packing for almost two hours, we grab something to eat and walk around Miami. When we all got tired, we went back to the hotel.

I changed out of my outfit and put my pjs on. I then brushed my teeth and washed my make-up off. I close the doors that lead to the balcony and walk to my bed. I go under the sheets and close my eyes thinking about how fun La Banda is going to be tomorrow.
