"WHAT DO I DO TO STOP IT?!" I scream, grabbing Eren by the shoulders and shaking him. He laughs again.

"You can't do anything."

The color vanishes from my face. I'd fallen for Levi Ackerman and there was nothing I could do to stop it.

I let go of him and sit down, hands on my head.

"This can't be happening..." I mumble. "No...not the angry midget!" There's a knock at the door and it's a comforting voice.

"(Y/N), Eren," Armin says. But then the comfort is ruined. "Corporal Levi wants to see you."

WHAT?! I hadn't done anything! Why did he want to see me?!

I walk slowly into his office, Eren not far behind.

"You didn't knock." He growls.

"Can you ever hear a knock from down there?" I glare at him. Sure I only had an inch over the dwarf but I was a girl so it was fine.

"Tch." He says. "sit down."

I sit and cross my arms and legs. There's that feeling again. He looks at me and my heart lurches. Fuck. How dare he do this?!

"Jager, you're here because I needed to tell you that you are no longer allowed to see (Y/N) or hear anything on what's going on with her."

"WHAT?!" He stands and so do I.

"C-CAPTIAN LEVI, WHY NOT?!"

"YEAH WHY NOT YOU MIDGET?!"

"I do not owe an explination. Now leave."

"But-!"

"Leave. Now, Jager."

Eren looks at me and Levi then sighs and leaves. I couldn't belive it. This fucking dwarf just took away the only person I was told to trust. The keyholder. My...friend...I think...I've never had a friend...no...wait...maybe it's like in the romance novels, maybe he's jealous. I hate that I would love that.

I would love if Levi just pinned me to the wall right now and whispered, 'he can't see you because you're mine.' But I knew he wouldn't. He's not like that.

Levi stood from his chair and walked to behind me. I felt my cheeks turn red as he spun the chair around to face him. My heart raced. Was he going to actually be that romance novel guy?!

He grabbed my chin and pulled it close to his face. I close my eyes, prepared to kiss him then I hear his menacing yet comforting voice growl into my ear.

"I know why you were in the basement."

I open my eyes and he's glaring at me. Hate fills his face more than normal and that's when I know that he's not bluffing at all, he knows, and he hates me for it.
