America hadn't shown up to a single world meeting after that. Before the other's realized it they knew that it was strange, not having the loud American spouting out useless words, or laughing around and starting arguments. Yet they did nothing.
America stared at his reflection in the floor to ceiling mirror. His tall stature as well as slimmed physique was true. While obeisity was recognized later in the years, he'd done well to stay down to his original weight, even if that meant skipping a couple of meals. But that's what protein shakes and bars are for.
He pulled on a completed grey swade suit, a white long sleeved button up shirt and to finish it off with a skinny black tie. He pulled on his black dress shoes before he did his hair and took off his glasses replacing them with contacts. Sure enough Texas was updated. Once dressed he stepped out into his top of the line kitchen and looked in his fridge before staring at it with disgust and just grabbed a protein bar and disappeared out the door.
It didn't take long before he made it to the hotel where the world confrence would be held. A giant room with tables wrapped in a circle. Or at least that's what he could make out from the printed copy that his Boss's asistant sent to him.
When his car pulled up to the building, He climbed out and held onto his briefcase that held any files that he was told to bring. When he entered his shoes tapped against the tiled floor, some forgien countries looked up shocked and confused. Whispers were surrounding him which didn't faze him in the slightest.
When he pushed open the doors and stepped in, some loud voices slowly died down into low whispers. Ignoring their prudent eyes and hintless whispers he took a seat towards the front since he was a the hosting country. While he emptied out his briefcase of things onto the table, organizing them, England spoke up behind him.
" Oi! America are you feeling alright?" he questioned.
America paused and turned to face him with an expresisonless stare." Yes, why do you ask?"
England stared at him with a surprised expression, slowly chuckling nervously he clapped his arm, " C-Com'on old chap, you seem like something's wron-"
" England." America started, inturrupting the brit.
England paused and swallowed, " Uh...Yes America?"
America stared at him with a narrowed gaze, " If you're going to ask nonsensical question's, then wait until after the meeting. We should be starting now." As he finished the brit stared at him, trembling from his intimidating arura before clearing his throat.
" W-Whatever....git..." He chokes out, holding back his pained emotion.
As the meeting hall started to fill up, voices grew louder regardless if it was whispering. Standing up to the podium he grabbed his stacks of papers and pen, raising his head he looked around and noticed one or two countries still missing.
" Alright let's start today's meeting by-"
Lithuania spoke up, " M-Mr. America! it seems that there are still some countries missing."
America stayed silent before he stared directly at Lithuania. " They knew what time the meeting starts. When they get here they do not get a say in today's meeting since they seem to find it unimportant. Now, For today's meeting I've decided we will discuss certain politic topics as well as medical treatments for some of the countries in Africa at the moment..."
Lithuania couldn't help but tremble from America's direct eye contact....it felt just as cold as Russia's. Those cold dark eyes.....it felt like he didn't have a single speck of compassion left. Other's could feel similar feelings towards this new American. His entire identity was something different. The way he spoke it seemed like it was full of knowledge which stumped some of the nations.
When he was finished he looked up, and waited for anyone to ask or make comments, yet everyone stayed wide eyed and silent. He looked around and sighed, " If there are no comments or questions, then everyone is released for a sixty minute break. The meeting will resume after that time."
He ended his speech, most of everyone leaned back or stood up sighing and stretching. The G8 stared at him in shock before America looked through his bag pulling out his wallet. Canada spoke up, " Hey brother, care to go with me to get a drink?"
America stared at him and shrugged, " Sure." Walking with him he disappeared out of the room before Francis started to tremble and spoke up. " Who the hell was that Amerique!?"
Japan nodded unsurely, " Hai, something seems rather off about America-san."
(Sorry it's short but I've been busy moving, packing and cleaning is hell. But tell me what you think, comment and votes are approved!)
