I have an adventure
every night, when
I'm alone in my room,
beneath fairy lights, and
tangled in sky colored
curtains, as the moonlight
reflects on my windows,
for while I'm alone,
I actually am not,
I'm with the one thousand
fictional characters,
in one of the one billion
fictional worlds, that I find
far more riveting
and inspiring,
than the real world,
and the stories
that I've listened to,
during all of my childhood,
are more than just tales,
and I laugh at almost every
other person who does not
admire all of this, and the
writers, and the stories,
for when they weep
of how their life
needs new adventures,
I play Quidditch with Harry, and
talk law with Atticus, and
ride dragons with Daenerys, and
read books with Elizabeth & Darcy,
Solve mysteries with Sherlock,
and have another one every night,
when I'm alone in my room.
