Ellen's POV
I hate everyone.
I'm not exaggerating.
I really do.
Ok, maybe not everyone.
But 99% of these idiots surrounding me piss me off on a daily basis.

Do I care about that cute selfie you
posted on instagram? No.
Do I care about your 7 day streak with a boy on snapchat? No.
And do I care about that funny joke you made in a groupchat on whatsapp last night? No.

I am surrounded by idiots.

I sigh as I pick at my nails, half listening to the teacher trying, but failing, to teach something about velocity time graphs to the class whilst half listening to the complete garbage being talked beside and around me. I try to tune in to what the teacher is trying to say, but he gives up after 2 minutes of telling the class to 'shut up' but of course they don't listen. I hate this class, god. This is also the class where my sort of friend Tris isn't in. When I say 'sort of friend' I mean that I'm very friendly with her, but at the end of the day if it was between her or pizza, I'd probably pick pizza. I'm a nice person I swear...

The sound of the ball rang signifying the end of the school and snapped me out of my daydream. I grabbed my books, stuffed them into my pathetic excuse for a school bag and basically ran out of the door as fast as my little legs could carry me, which wasn't very fast.

'Yo E, wait for me!' Was shouted so abruptly through the corridor that everyone stopped and turned around to stare at the obscene tragedy which was my little brother, Jason aka devil 2.0. Now, Jason thought he was fly af, he had that real fuçk boy vibe which made me want to hit myself with a brush over and over again. He says that he is the "real thang" and "everyone wants a piece of him" which makes me want to cut my ears off and send them in an envelope to his real birth parents because I'm 100% certain that we cannot be related, I mean we are complete opposites in every sense of the word. 15 year olds today in this society really do worry me! The 3 year age gap between us seems like 30 years due to his immature (to put it politely) nature. Fml.

I turned around, feeling my cheeks heating up due to the fact that everyone's eyes were moving from me to Jason.

"What is it?" I asked him when he finally reached me, after being distracted with about 20 girls.

"You down for giving me a lift home?"

"Speak properly, what the hell are you talking like. 'You down' are you just plain stupid?" I snapped, not intentionally meaning to sound like a total ass, but who can blame me ? School makes me go into bitch mode 99% of the time.

He rolled his eyes, but then he got distracted by more girls coming past him. Now it was my turn to roll my eyes. "K sis, meet you at the car in 5 mins." Jason grinned at the group of girls and the choir of giggles started, making me roll my eyes yet again.

I grunted in some sort of response, and made my way to the car. I scrambled through my blazer pocket trying to find my keys, but of course, the keys were no where to be found. Typical.

The school was clearing out pretty fast, faster than usual, probably due to the fact that it was a Friday evening. I rummaged through my brain trying to remember where I last had them, then it clicked... Maths classroom.

I entered back through the gates of hell, and made my way down to the maths mobiles at the back of the school to hopefully find my keys. I looked down and grabbed my phone from my skirt pocket, did I mention how much I hate skirts, and the stupid school uniform. Navy and marron.. Like who even came up with that colour combination? The 3 blind mice?!

I turned my phone on, and instantly got a message from Tris. 'Should I reply or just mute the chat?' I debated out loud.

"I think you should reply, I know I hate people who read and don't reply. Just plain rude." An unknown voice came from infront of me.

I looked up to be met with a pair of stunning blue eyes, and blonde hair, which was obviously dyed due to the prominent brown roots emerging from his head. I think his name was neil? Or maybe nail? No, I'm almost sure it's Niall.

"Erm, okay" I awkwardly responded, cringing for my life. The blush began to creep up onto my face.

"Hold on, I know you... You're Eileen from my maths class aren't you?" Niall questioned, a look of curiosity flashing across his face.

"It's ellen, and yeah I am." I responded, trying to sound cool but failing completely.

"Sorry, Ellen." He added, with a wink and I felt my legs to wobbly a bit. Lmao. I feel like a girl in one of those fanfics...

"Why are you here after school anyway? There's no classes on, is there?" Niall asked.

"Umm.. I lost.. I can't find my car keys, I think I set them down in maths."

"Mini Cooper keys?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Here, I found them lying on the floor" Niall said, whilst handing the keys over to me.

I breathed a sigh of relief. "Oh my god, thank you so much. I think my parents would've killed me if I lost the keys. Can I do anything for you in return?"

"Give me your number." He responded bluntly.

"Um what?" I asked, confusion evident in my voice.

"Word in the class is that you're good at maths, and I could always use help with homework. So, you're the right girl for me... I mean for maths homework."

"Right... Ok." I handed him my phone and gave him my phone and we switched numbers.

Just as i got my phone back, I heard the obnoxious sounds of my brother calling me from the distance.

"Sista... E... Brov... Where you at? I've a date at six so hurry the hell up."

"I guess that's my queue  to leave." I sighed, and smiled at Niall.

"Right , see ya later babe." Niall winked, and I started to smile so much that it hurt. Lol at my life.

I walked back towards the car, blocking out the sounds coming from devil 2.0. I put the keys into the ignition, and I was just about to start the car when my phone notified me that I had a new message.

Whatsapp:
Niall Horan added you into "maths hoes"

This will be fun, I thought, before setting off  towards home.
