{SCOTT'S POV}

It was Monday and I was back at school again roaming the halls with Stiles like always.  We walked all the way to our first block being Physics and I sat in my usual spot and Stiles sat next to me.

"So how was bowling with Lily?" Stiles asked trying to make conversation.  I stiffened a bit at the memory of bowling and his scent.

"It was ok" I said without emotion.  I watched as Stiles scratched his neck in awkwardness.

"Well-" he started but I cut him off.

"You don't have to make conversation with me all the time Stiles, I know Lily told you that he showed up last night but I fine" I offered.  Stiles nodded and the teacher entered the room.

"Stilinski, get to your seat so I can take attendance" the teacher commanded and Stiles scurried back to his assigned seat next to Isaac.  The teacher went through the roll call and I found myself starting to tap my pencil on the desk.  I just had this strange feeling at the pit of my stomach.  I flashed my eyes around the room but nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

"Are you alright Mr. McCall?" Mr. Davis asked.  I turned back to her and the nervous feeling subsided a bit.

"Yeah, I'm fine" I sighed, sinking in my seat and crossing my arms.  I listened slightly as the teacher started the lesson but my mind kept wandering.  The feeling in my stomach soon came back and I was fidgeting again.

"Oh yes Mr. Whittemore, I heard you were back in town" I heard Mr. Davis say and I froze in my seat "Why don't you take the open seat available next to Mr. McCall."  I felt my stomach drop as the cracks started to form in my wall again.  I looked over to see Stiles giving me a concerned look and then Jackson was sitting next to me and I stiffened in my seat.

"Hey Scott" Jackson said with a big smile.  I looked away closing my eyes, wishing away this nightmare.

"Silent treatment is it?" he asked and his voice started eating away at my walls.

"Scott look I'm sor-" he started but I jumped from my seat.

"I'm going to the bathroom Mr. Davis" I chanted before rushing out of the room.  I found myself hurrying down the halls and out the front doors of the school.

"Scott!" Jackson called from behind me and I started to quicken my pace through the parking lot.

"Scott please, just let me explain!" Jackson begged, still on my trail.  Finally my wall burst as I turned to Jackson.

"Just leave me the fuck alone" I screamed at him before sprinting off into the woods.  I felt the tears building up in my eyes as I ran but I fought them back down, I was not going to cry over him.

{JACKSON'S POV}

The teacher told me to sit next to Scott and I was ecstatic inside.  I slowly made my way down the isle between the desks and caught Stiles giving Scott a concerned look and I shook it off as I took a seat.  I saw him visibly stiffen and I Immediately felt bad.

"Hey Scott" I said with a smile trying to get some forgiveness.  He just turned his head away from me and I had to admit it stung.

"Silent treatment is it?" I asked trying desperately to get him to respond to me even if it was anger, but I still didn't get any reply.  Finally I decided that an apology was my best bet.

"Look Scott, I'm sor-" I started but stopped immediately when he jumped out of his seat.

"I'm going to the bathroom, Mr. Davis!" he said frantically before he fled the room and I couldn't help but drink in the sound of his voice.  Mr. Davis looked startled and before he knew it I was out the door chasing Scott.

"Scott!" I called out as I saw him hurrying across the parking lot but that only caused him to pick up his pace.

"Scott please, just let me explain!" I begged as I ran after him and he just stopped abruptly and I almost ran strait into him but I stopped a few feet away.  He turned to me.

"Just leave me the fuck alone!" he screamed before he took off into the woods and I was left standing there, speechless.  His words were so painful.

"You really shouldn't have pushed him like that" Lily called out from behind me.  I ran my hands through my hair and turned to face her.

"Well what do you expect me to do?" I asked her incredulously.

"Well you certainly shouldn't ambush him in class, that's just asking for pain.  Not only for you but for him also" She offered.

"No shit Sherlock" I groaned as I passed her.

"Where the hell are you going" she asked following after me.

"Well there is this thing everyone calls school" I said thoroughly upset "you should try it some time."

"I'm sorry but I thought you wanted to get Scott back" she shot at me "and I figured after that little scene we'd need to start as soon as possible" she pulled a car door open "you coming or not?"  I gave her a questioning look before sighing and climbing in the passenger seat as she slid into the drivers side.

"Time to start making things right" she grinned, and pulled out of the parking lot.
