I stood there, fear was everywhere, filling every child and adult and taking away the hope that was left in them. I stood behind a corner hidden in it's shadow. I was prepared to do anything to whom that tried to cause harm to me but honestly I wasn't at all.

It was to still and quite for me, I needed a sign that there was still hope in this crazy world, a sign that I could survive.

I felt a lump in my throat then tears blurring out my eyesight, I can't hold them in any longer. I let the tears slowly run down my cheeks. I bit my lip, trying not to yell. A tear drop fell to the ice cold concrete. It sounded like a pebble dropped to the ground.
