Niall's POV
''Why do people never understand?'' I think, as I walk down the street into the Cafe. Okay, my date wasn't as good as I thought, but she smiled at me when she said she'd think about another date! I look into the window where I stare myself down. Same old Niall. Same old blue eyes, blond hair and slim nose. Same face which girls can't seem to get enough of. I smile slowly and walk into the Cafe, sitting in the seat furthest away from the door. I hate people staring at me. Asking for pictures and autographs. Zayn says I never know how lucky I am. But I miss Mullingar. It's greenery and my family. I tear up and just as I feel like I have some privacy, a waitress comes up to me with adoration and lovestruck eyes. ''May I-I t-take your o-order Mr Horan?'' She says. God. ''Just a coffee please.'' I say and I smile at her. She bends over to take my menu and continuously looks at me as she passes into the register.
People never understand. They think I'm perfect. Inside, I'm tearing down. The boys never understand. They think I'm going through a phase, but I've been like this for a while. Why can't I know someone who understands?
Just then, she walks in. And sits down. And cries.
