New. I was new. It was unusual I new some people growing up here but never setting foot in this school. I didn't want to be new. I had only been one place my whole life, although I was bullied and alone there, it was still my beginning.

I was in no way shy, but I knew that I wasn't liked. People didn't like me. They thought I was the teachers pet so I would always get partnered up and do all the work in projects.

I thought a new start was good though. Nobody really new what people at my old school thought of me. It was like a clean slate, and it was one thing I did like.

I went from class to class meeting new people no one imperticular. PE. English. Homeroom. Strategies. Math. I walked in to math one of my least favorite subjects and found him. He didn't seem like a bad good nor a teachers pet just a normal guy, yet he was so different. Tall and perfect. Hair, eyes, height, and personality.

I had never dated a guy. That meant I had never been kissed or anything. But he caught my attention in every way. I needed to meet him.

As our teacher called out seats she called me,"Adeline Rose." I took my seat and began to sort my things and didn't even hear her call out who my partner was. He sat down and as I turned my heart skipped a beat. It was him.
