When we were younger,
We used to go out and play
In the yard, in the park, early in the day
When we were younger,
We used to talk about toys
Our favorites, the ones which we enjoyed
But now when I see you,
You're out with some other friends
I guess it's true, sometimes friendships end
When I wave and say hello,
You just look away
As if you've forgotten, the times we used to play
