Have you ever felt like something right is ultimately happening in your life? As though you have finally found the thing you've been dreaming of achieving, dreaming of reaching and processing, dreaming of indulging and feeling. Well, that's what's happening to me right now. I am dreaming, I am feeling, and most importantly, I am living.
Right now, in this very moment, I, Adaline Mabel Hussein, am enjoying myself.
However, it is not the typical joy I feel when I read a book or ace a test. It's not the type of joy I felt when I got accepted in NYU a couple of months ago, this type of joy, dare I say, is different. It's refreshing and new and heartwarming.
To me life has always been about working and achieving, never once have I thought about enjoying it.
That is, until I'd stumbled upon a devilishly handsome delinquent who's changed my entire view of life. I'm not sure if it was for the better however.
