Chapter six-The random note.. | KITTEN!!!

WARNING: Emotional Chapter!

(December 18th, 2015)

We got back home, but there was a note on the door. I looked at it funny, but hurriedly took it off and stuffed it into my pants pocket before Adam came up and opened the door. "We're back, alive!" Adam called. I heard Mason crying from upstairs and then Alesa, "Welcome back!" I took off my boots and coat, then walked upstairs and saw Alesa kneeling in front of the couch that was holding Mason. "Come on, child! Stop crying!" Alesa murmured. I walked over to them and got on my knees. I looked at the Child who was sitting up on the couch.

"Nothing's working." Alesa told me. I tickled Mason's belly with my finger and he settled down a little, looking at me. He held my finger in curiosity, and stopped completely. "Oh, Tarmi, how about you hold him?" Alesa suggested. I shrugged and stood up, pulling away from Mason. He didn't cry, though. I gently lifted him and held him in my arms. Mason blinked and looked up at me, booping my nose with his hand. I giggled, tickling his feet in return. The small child smiled, then looked at Alesa like, "Teehee. She's holding me!"

I perked up, remembering the note. I passed Mason back to Alesa. "I'll be back." I then turned and sprinted away, up more stairs and into my room. I sat on my bed and pulled the note out of my pocket. I looked at it.

"Tarmi,

Don't ask how I found your address or anything

But all I can say is; Don't ever turn your back. I'm already jealous of Mason, but now Sky adopted you so now I have two people to be jealous of.

-A Sky Army Recruit."

I blinked, then shrugged and slid the note under my laptop. "I don't care." I said, before getting onto my iPod touch again and facetiming Treasure. She answered.

"TARMI I GOT ADOPTED!" She squealed.

"You already told me that..."

"BY IHASCUPQUAKE!"

"OH MY LORD!" I squealed back. "We both got adopted by Youtubers, Treasure! How cool is that?!"

"MAJOR COOL!"

"Oh, AND I JUST MADE MY FIRST VIDEO WITH THE GUYS!"

"OH MER GERSH!"

"I KNOW, RIGHT?! OH, AND MASON WAS BORN!"

"TOO MUCH EXCITING NEWS! LIKE, SERIOUSLY!"

"YAHHHH SHICKELURR!!!"

We talked for a bit longer, until Adam called me back down. "TARMI COME DOWN HERE SO WE CAN MAKE A VLOG AND REVEAL YO FACE!"

"Awww." I muttered. I waved to the screen. "Bye Treasure!"

"See ya, Tarms!"

I hung up and dropped my iPod on my bed, running down the stairs to see Adam holding a video camera in front of himself. "Hey guys, Sky here. Right now I'm just chilling in my house with my amazing wife and son." And daughter? I thought. "And my Epic adopted daughter, Tarmi. Get on over here!" He turned the camera to me and I blinked, slowly shrinking back.

"Aww, she's frightened!"

I peeked around the stairs and made a squeaking sound.

"Come back lil' guy!"

I jumped out of the stairs and grabbed the camera from adam, recording myself as I ran up the stairs and locked myself in a spare room that had nothing but an arm chair in it. I locked the door and then looked at the video camera. I brushed some hair out of my face. "Hey guys, it's Tarmi here! I'm just chilling in my house, hiding from Sky so I get more video time." I grinned, hearing Adam bang on the door. I covered my mouth with my hand.
