We got in his car and he started the engine. Things were pretty awkward so he turned on the radio. The first song that came on was Two Is Better Than One by Boy Like Girl. I didn't know what to say so I Started to sing. "I remember what you wore on our first date you came into my life and I thought hey you know this could be something." I didn't realize that he turned the music down until halfway through the song he spoke up. "Hey where did you learn to sing like that?" He asked me. "Uhm well before I was pushed out on the streets I would save up and I bought a guitar and would write songs and take singing lessons." I told him honestly. "Oh wow your really good you should try to make it." He told me I just laughed."I'm not good I suck that's probably why..... Nevermind" I almost spilled my secret. "Probably what you know you can tell me right?" He told me. "I'll tell you later after we go shopping okay?" I asked him buying more time for myself. "uh ok were here you go to Forever 21 and I go find something I need I'll meet you in there?" I just nodded and went to find the store.
