Hey Guys! This is Ldog74 with another story! You may know me from my unfinished story," Wanna Play?" I'm sorry I'm discontinuing it but I felt no connection with it and I was bored. So, I started a new story I'm hoping to keep up with. I hope you like this new story!----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The alarm went off, giving me a heart attack. I groaned and rolled over to my night stand to shut the stupid thing up. The time read 7:00 a.m. and school started at 8:00 a.m. I sighed and sat up reluctantly, immediately having the cold air hug my bare arms. I crawled out of bed and shuffled to the bathroom. I picked up my toothbrush and scrubbed at my teeth. Then, I washed my face and took a look in the mirror. I smiled showing my now clean and straight teeth. I walked over to my closet where I picked out skinny jeans with a light blue V-Neck. I slipped my outfit on and jammed my feet into my white high top converse because I'm way too lazy to actually get my feet in. I stomped my feet into my shoes as I went into the bathroom. Since my light brown hair is usually beach wavy I let it alone knowing that my outfit would look good with it. I put my usual make up on which consisted of mascara and a bit concealer to cover those few pimples.
"Aria Winston! Breakfast is ready! You have five minutes to eat before we need to go!" My mom called form downstairs. I sighed at the thought of a new school. I rolled my eyes and grabbed my phone. It's my first day so I probably won't need anything. I ran down the steps and went into the kitchen where my mom stood with her arms crossed.
"Honey, now you don't have time to eat!" She exclaimed.
"Mom, I'm alright. I got to get going." I grabbed my keys and kissed my mom on the cheek to say goodbye. I ran out the door to my car. Everything had been wet since it had rained before, but that's just typical Seattle in October. I open the door to my Nissan Altima. I back out of the driveway and drove to school. It could take me ten minutes to walk but I needed to get to school. I started to think of what type of school it was. Was it a positive place to be? Was is cliched? Was it a bad school? I turned right into the high school parking lot and parked in the back to be sure I didn't steal someone's spot. I ran across the parking lot and into the main entrance.
"Excuse me? Where can I find the office? I'm new." I asked a girl that was talking with her friends.
"Uh yeah, take a right down this hall and it's that second door on the right." She smiled.
I thanked her quickly and quickly walked down to the office. I pushed the door open slowly and made a small smile to the secretary.
"Hi, I'm Aria... I'm a new student here." I greeted the secretary.
"Hello, we were expecting you today! Nice to meet you Aria. You are going to have a student walk with you today so you won't have to be alone. Emily?" The secretary handed me my schedule and waved a blonde girl over.
"Hey, I'm Emily Dales. I'm a junior." She was wearing leggings with Nikes and a light purple jacket that was zipped up half way, exposing her breasts. She seemed like a very nice girl.
"Aria. Junior too." I smiled and shook her hand.
"Welcome to Rock Shire High, home of the Falcons! Are you ready for today?"
I shook my head, smiling a bit.
"Are you doing a sport? I'm doing soccer." She turned around and picked up an athletic form.
I shook my head.
"Okay..." She put her hands on her hips. "Ready? We have to go to..."
"AP Physics 2 in room 24." I said quietly.
