THE PICTURE

Riley's POV:

I woke up on a normal day of school. At least that's what I thought it was. Don't worry, I will tell you that later.

I got up from bed and walked to my closet.

"What should I wear today?" I asked myself while taping my finger on my chin and slightly tilting my head.

I stayed like that until I finally chose my outfit for the day. I chose blue ripped jeans and a black top with a flower print on it.

I then headed to the bathroom and put on just a little of make-up. I brushed my hair and put it in a perfect messy bun. Just for note that took like 15 minutes to do.

"Good morning!" I greeted my mom and Auggie while walking to the kitchen. I then stopped and looked around. "Where's dad?" I asked in confusion.

"He went to job early today." my mom said while making some pancakes. "Want some?" she then asked and shoved the pan infront of my face.

"No thanks." I slowly pushed the pan away and smiled nervously. "I'm going to be late to school." I said and grabbed my bag.

"Well next time, set your alarm earlier." my mom said dramaticly. Oh no she didn't.

"I'd like to see you try make a perfect messy bun in under fifteen minutes." I said sarcasticly. "Ba-bye." I waved and headed out to the subway.

Maya went with Shawn. That's right, with Shawn. Him and Katy married and now they live together. I'm very happy for them.

I sat on my usual chair on the subway and waited. I got bored quickly, -as usual- so I pulled out my phone and started playing Piano Tiles 2. I love this game so much.

The subway stopped and my nightmare of boredom was over.

Now here we go, the 'not so normal day' part.

I entered the school and everyone was gathered infront of my locker. I slowly aproached them.

"Oh, hey. The nude is here." someone said and everyone laughed.

I marched my way through the croud. I was finally at my locker. There was a picture on it. I looked at it. It was a picture of a nude girl and my face was photoshopped on it. My eyes widened and everyone started laughing. I looked around me and it all got dizzy. I started breathing very heavily. I rushed outside and collapsed on the floor with the picture still in my hand. I had a panic attack.

When I finally calmed myself down, I looked at the picture again. A tear slipped down my cheek but I quickly brushed it off. I shoved the picture in my bag.

"No school for me today." I said and went back home.

When I came home nobody was there. Mom was already at work and Auggie was at school. I flopped on the couch.

"Well, wasting my time for making a messy bun and then not going anywhere is just stupid." I said to myself and fell asleep.
