The nurse walked in, and Penten awoke to the delicious smell of pancakes.

"Hello, Mr. Fiveside. Your breakfast has arrived. Enjoy!" She walked out, cheerily. Penten took a second to recover before devouring his pancakes. He looked over at the calendar while drilling through his short stack. "December 15.. WHAT?! It  was the 13th when I left!" Penten shut up immediately realizing he had been in a coma. Ugh.. Duh. I've been asleep. he thought to himself. He wiped off his chin with his napkin and walked out to pay the rather cheap bill.

"So... dark soldiers. Wonder how the cops dealt with them. Still, even if it were a terrorist attack, that's kinda new. Hexia nor Mythia have never been attacked in 30 years, and if there ARE attackers now we aren't prep-" Penten stopped, realizing the entire plane was staring daggers at him. "..Sorry." he muttered under his breath. Still, though, this is a possible sign of First Earth invading the Mythian/Hexian Province, and it wouldn't be the first time, either. First Earth has attacked before and something like this is nothing special, even though it's a huge threat to the Province. With his luck, though, the government was doing all it could to cover up the incident so nobody panicked. Wrong thing to do. He thought.

The flight was extremely long and boring, but the food was decent and the ride was smooth throughout. His comfort ended when there was a loud rumbling on the top of the plane. "Stupid turbulence." The man next to Penten muttered. Penten realized that wasn't just turbulence..

"Everyone to the back!" Penten yelled just as more soldiers busted through the emergency hatch. Just his luck; they were tracking HIM. While everyone was running and screaming to the back accompanied by flight attendants, Penten was busy fending off soldiers with a piece of glass that broke when the soldiers infiltrated the plane. The captain was busy keeping the plane stable, so he couldn't ask for any help. He fended off what felt like waves and waves of soldiers until he climbed up onto the roof.

"Surrender, now!" One of the dark soldiers said in a garbled voice. Penten was confused, he couldn't hear what the soldier said. But he was on a plane wing; he couldn't worry about that. The soldiers were coming from all directions, and it seemed like he was going to get shoved off until a bunch of soldiers got shoved off instead.

"Deca?! What are you doing here?!" Penten yelled over the loud whooshing sound. Deca clearly didn't hear him; they just kept fighting. Then they looked up. And they saw something they never expected. The soldiers were coming out of this massive, black pentagon in the sky. It looked like a black hole; except it was a pentagon and didn't suck them into it instantly.

"What is THAT?!" Deca yelled to Penten.

"I DON'T KNOW!"

"WHY NOT?!"

"DON'T ASK ME!!"

"WHY NOT?!"

"JUST KEEP FENDING OFF THE SOLDIERS!"

And so they fought and fought and fought until they finally landed on ground. And then the entire flight crew came out with weapons, and they helped Penten and Deca fend off the last of the soldiers. "We did it!" one of the flight attendants yelled.

"No.. this is just the beginning."
