Selina awoke to screaming for the twenty-seventh time in the past week. She tried to go back to sleep but it was futile since she couldn’t get back to sleep. So she got up and went into the bathroom and took a shower. As she looked at herself in the mirror she looked closely at her eyes. They were unique her dad said. They were the colors of mud brown, milk chocolate brown, baby blue, and grey. Her hair was a mix of light and dark brown and it was short curly and spikey. And she looked a lot like her dad. She was five feet eight inches tall which was her dad’s height as well. She was turning eighteen today on August twenty-ninth. Her father, David Schorn, knocked on the door as she just finished dressing in underwear, black skinny jeans, black socks, black bra, and black tank top. She told him that she’d be out in two minutes and she finished by brushing her hair and brushing her teeth and got out of the bathroom for her father. He took a shower got into his best dress pants, button down shirt, socks, shoes, and tie. Then they went to what they hoped to be their last court case with the ‘Nsync. He knew that this wasn’t helping with her OCD, Severe Attachment disorder, PTSD, Bopolar disorder, and one that nobody else would know about and that was Adjustment disorder. She also had Depression as well on top of that.
Now Selina’s full name was Selina Olivia Schorn. It was the name her father had given her. It suited her well in her mind. The court case that they were going to was making her nervous. She told her dad that no matter if they won she was proud of all the work he’d done for her. She also told him that she was glad that she appointed him as her lawyer and manager. That gave him the confidence he needed and it also gave him the idea’s he needed for his final speech that would take place that day. He made sure that his ideas were sound with his daughter first. In the court room it was the ‘Nsync’s lawyer first and she pointed out that Selina couldn’t be trusted. It angered Selina beyond belief and she let her dad deal with it. He went after their lawyer sat down.
Dave said, “Now since you have the evidence that the ‘Nsync have done these cruel and terrible things to a fellow human being and a lot of them it’s up to you to decide who to trust. When Selina gave you evidence of what she went through she gave you all the details and she looked you and the whole room in the eye as she did it. The ‘Nsync failed in that respect, Selina is the most truthful person that doesn’t let you down. Don’t let anyone tell you what to choose or think. Selina and the ‘Nsync have been bitter enemies from day one along with all those French horn players. All except Selina have been killed off and nobody knows why except the ‘Nsync. Thank you.” Then the jury went to discuss and decide a verdict while everyone else waited. It took two hours for them to decide and get everything ready.
The Jury said, “We are decided. It’s the death penalty for the singers of ‘Nsync. That’s the final decision.” And with that everyone was released to go home and wherever they were to go. Selina was happy to be rid of a great evil. She went up to them and shook all of their hands and said good trial. Everybody stared at her as she did the whole thing. She did it to be fair and to let them know that they were worthy opponents. At home Selina thanked her dad for what he had done for her. He talked to her about what she did. And she told him that it was only fair and that all the sports teams did it so why not her. So then they went to dinner and Dave answered his phone during dinner. Selina knew that it was important and told him to take it.
It was the jail and that the ‘Nsync had requested seeing Selina for the last time before they died. As they finished dinner he got her there and to where she was supposed to be. She spent hours with them and she made sure that they knew that she held no grudges with them. They told her why they did what did. And they gave her a letter and told her to read it to everyone who were affected by them and make sure that they knew what happened to them. She told them she would and then went to take her place to watch. It was hard when the last man was killed for Selina. She couldn’t believe that they were truly gone. It took her seven years to get to this spot. It hurt her now that she didn’t have a cause to fight for. So she decided to work for gay rights and advocate for them when she could. She did what she could and she did some CD’s on her own with her voice and French horn. People flocked to get them and Selina was surprised. Johnny Right was her music manager and he helped her in every aspect with all her tour. Her father did what he could to help as well. Her tour was done after the first month of her senior year in high school was done. So she did all her work on the road and got it turned in the day she got back. She had a good year since she didn’t have actual classes, for she had them done her first year of high school. She had been student instructing for her father for the past two years now.
