Tryouts

"Come on shi" Kadence yelled at me. "Kay I can't do it" I said looking at her grabbing a water out of her fridge. I'm at her house for the weekend. "Come on. You HAVE to tryout. You love to dance. This could be you big break" she screamed. "Yeah or I could make a huge fool of myself" I said taking a sip of water while sitting on the kitchen counter. "No you wouldn't. Come on please!!" She begged. "No! School starts back on Monday Kadence. It's FRIDAY!!" I said. "There's no way I would have time anyways" I said. "You could do online schooling. I know you want this" she said.

She's right....I could do online schooling and I really do want to dance on tv. "Fine I'll audition for Dancing With The Stars" I said. "Yes!!! You're gonna go on the red carpet and KCA's and get invited to be in movies" she said. "If I make it. Besides I don't want to do any of that stuff if you're not there with me" I said getting down and walking towards the stars. "It's cool shi. This is your dream. Besides you'll come get me every weekend in your private jet" she said. I turned around and put my arm around her shoulder. "You're crazy" I said and we laughed heading towards her room.

Once we where in her room Kadence began to get ready. "What are you doing" I asked siting on the bed. "We can't film a video here can we? We have to go to my dance class studio" she said. I nodded. I changed in some black leggings and a grey baggy shirt that said just dance on it. I put on my high tops and put my hair in a high ponytail. My makeup was already did so we're good. I grabbed my iPhone. "Dad!" Kadence yelled. "Yeah" he yelled back. "I need you to take shi and I to my dance studio" she yelled. "Ok car in 10" he said. Kadence was wearing camou baggy pants and a matching shirt with her dance logo on it. She put her hair up and put on some lime green high tops. She grabbed her phone and slid it in her pocket but checking the time first. "5:35 We've got time. The tryout deadline is at 8:00" she said while she put some stuff in her bag. "Question why are you making me tryout when you're the one taking classes and is a dancer at dance alley?" I said. "Because I have championship's next week and I'm 14. Age limit is 15 like you. Besides you dance well and I have band, choir, and dance. Oh and soft ball" she said grabbing her bag and slinging it over her shoulder. I grabbed the camera and stereo. "True" I said. She nodded. We laughed and walked to the car.

We got to the studio. There wasn't class today and Kadence has a spare key since the coach likes her. Anyways we sat everything up. "Do your routine first" she said. I nodded. The song I've been working on is love Robbery than the song mixes up changing into cheerleader then all of me then changing back to the end of love robbery. Dance is 3:64 mins and is a mixture of hip hop then a smooth type of dance like ballet but more modern. I started my dance while Kadence watched me.

After my dance. "On the do you need motivation? My one solution is my queen cause she stay strong yeah yeah. You need to hold your pointer finger pose more. Like for another count or so" she said. She came beside me. "So it's one, two , three, four, five hold hold, six shake your hips a little more then seven, eight" she said while doing the dance. Kadence is a REALLY good teacher. It's what she's doing when she's 16 for a part time job while she finishes school. "Ok so" I said then did the dance. "YES" she yelled. "Now you got it" she said. "Let's tape this time" she said. I nodded.

She pointed at me when we where rolling. "Hey Dancing With The Stars. I'm Shianna Williams and I'm gonna be auditioning for this years show. Hope Ya like it" I said blowing a kiss. Kadence started the music as I did the dance perfect while smiling at the end.

"Hope you enjoyed this video feel free to contact me anyway possible. Bye" I said. "That wasn't so hard now was it" kay said coming over to me. "Nope. Without your help.....heck yeah it would have been" I said. She laughed. "Now you gotta more your hips" she said moving her hips around and around dramatically causing me to roll on the floor laughing. 7:13 was the time. I hope I get this. I thought to myself.
