"Nooooo Mom!, you couldn't be doing this to me!"  I screamed.

"Yes I can, and he will be picking you up to school today."  said Mrs. Jones.

Nobody can ever say no to my mom.  No one can ever change her mind except herself.  She can be ruthless as a tyrant, and if, IF you disobey her,  there will be no traces of me in this world, anymore.

"Hurry up! Nathaniel will be here any minute!"

Great. Of all people, she had to leave me to Nathan. His mother and my mom has been best friends before I was born. They were almost like sisters, and once even tried to set me and Nathan up. That.. was so gross.

Okay, fine. I admit Nathan is good-looking. He could easily charmed people with his special smile and words. He hasn't been rude to any elders, that's why my traditional mother loves him. As I've heard from her, he has been involved in charity work and visited the countryside to keep the orphans company. He can cook, especially his father's favourite cuisine and once had the privilege to go to the best cooking school in France for free. "Why couldn't you be more like him?" My mom usually say that, whenever she mentioned Nathan's name. She made him sound as if he's so perfect and no one could ever replaced him. Except, she didn't know the fact that Nathan and I practically hates each other.  Seriously, he's evil. Once, he tried to 'destroyed' my favourite barbie doll by drawing on it with a permanent marker. Then, the other time, he started calling me names in every of our family gatherings and my mom thought it was cute.

After changing into my new school uniform, I put on my favourite gloosy lipgloss and by the time I come downstairs, I see the devil. He is sitting unto the couch with his uniform on, and has been chatting with my mom for a while.

Oh, and did I tell you he tried to sabortage my date with my longest crush by pouring watermellon juice all over me?

My mother saw me and a look on her face says "Say hello to Nathan, you idiot!" . I had no other choice but to greet the brat.

"Hello, sucker."

"Danielle Jones!"

"It's alright, Mrs. Jones. I will take care of her, no need to worry about us." Liar.

After apologizing to Nathan, she gave me a look as we are moving out of the door saying "you-better-be-nice-to-him-before-I-kill-you." I rolled by eyes and forcefully make myself to walk out of the house with the evil one.

I can still see my mom spying on us at the corner of my eye spying through the window. Seriously mom? Nathan also notice this, as he pretended to be a 'gentleman' and opening the passanger seat door to  let me in instead first. That's it. I would have to hear how-awesome-Nathan-is- when I get home. Thanks alot, Parker.

Okay, I think I am about to puke. I have been in his car for 15 minutes and I can literally stay in the bathroom for 5 hours already. He has been speeding throughout the journey, as well as almost banging into a truck. I think I am going to have a heart attack as well.  Who on earth gave him his driving licence?!

"Parker, can you please slow down? I am going to puke any minute from the way you handle your car. " I snapped.

"Shut up, Jones. Like I care what you think. This is my car and do as I like."  See what I mean? Such an idiot.
