Dark links pov
I woke up to find myself lying on y/n's stomach. I have to admit this boy is making me feel things I've never felt before. Like whenever i was around him yesterday i would get these wierd tingly feelings in my stomach. I think he put a spell on me. No i cannot fall under his spell! It will only cause me to grow weak! But what if this spell makes me stronger with his lo....lou oh i can't even say the word im looking for lou...love? Thats it love! Ive always heard from people that the love of another person can strengthen not only your heart but you as well. You must think im weak when i say this because im the big bad guy who can never love and the fact that i can never love makes people think i dont have a heart. Well apparently i do have a heart considering I've fallen in love with y/n. I snuggled into y/n's stomach and heard a giggle come from him. I looked up with a raised brow as he smiled down at me.
"Well good morning sunshine." I say with a sleepy smile.
"Can you get off me I really need to use the bathroom?" He asked softly.
"Well I find that I am rather comfy the way I am now so I'm going to say....nope." I pop the 'p' at the end. He huffed and rolled his eyes at me as I snuggled alittle deeper into his stomach. I hear a groan come from above me as y/n shifts around underneath me.
"Dark please I really need to pee." I hear him whine but I just look up at him with a smug grin and dig my face deeper into his stomach.
"You know what I'm done playing mister nice guy." Next thing I know I'm on the floor and y/n is running to the door. I crawled back up onto the bed and sprawled out.
Your pov
I stood in front of the mirror and ran a hand through my hair. I promised myself that I would never fall in love again not after what happened with the last guy. But Dark just has this thing about him that I can't help but fall for. He may be a flirt at times but he's really sweet and great to cuddle with. I know that he would never feel the same way about me as I feel about him but then again he could. I dont want to risk getting my heart broken again. Plus he could turn out to be one of those guys who is just using you to get to another person. I know I'm thinking too negatively but I've had my heart broken too many times for me to trust people anymore. Just have to think positively and let go of the past start new and learn to trust people again. I walked out of the bathroom to find Dark sprawled out on my bed and asleep. I let out a soft giggle and head downstairs to get some food. It was silent when i got down stairs so I guess mom is at work. I rummaged through the cupboard looking for something good to eat. Once I found the captain crunch I poured it into a bowl and poured the milk in. Just as I was about to sit down I heard a knock at the door. I walk over and opened it to find a police officer standing in front of me.
"Are you y/n l/n?" He asked with a grim look on his face.
"Yes I am."
"May I come in?"
"Of course." We walked over to the living room and sat down across from each other.
"Your mother was in a car crash." I covered my mouth as tears started to surface in my eyes.
"Im sorry but she didn't make it. It was an instant death though so she didn't have to go through any pain."
Dark links pov
I made my way downstairs to find y/n sitting in the living room with another man. Y/n had a pained look on his face and I could see the tears trickling down his cheeks. I felt my chest grow heavily as I looked at his expression and I couldnt take it anymore I felt a strong need to comfort him to tell him that everything was going to be ok. I made my way to the couch and quickly took him into my arms as the man gave me a weird look.
"What have you never seen two guys comforting each other before?" I snap.
"Watch who your talking to young man." He sneered.
"I think it would be best if you left." The man gave a grunt as he stood up and sneered at us one last time before he left. I heard little whimpers and I felt tears soak into my shirt as y/n clininged to me.
"Ssh I'm here. Whats wrong?" I asked softly.
"M-my mom *sniff* sh-she was in a car crash. Sh-she didn't make it." He let out a pained cry after that sentence and buried his face deeper into my chest. After a few minutes of him crying and me whispering sweet nothings to him he fell asleep. I took him upstairs to his bedroom and placed him on his bed and was about to leave until I heard him speak.
"Pl-please don't leave." He spoke softly and I could hear the pain as he spoke. I crawled in next to him and was immediately cuddled up to. I smiled softly as I wrapped my arms around his waist and held him close. I felt as if I were to let him go he would disappear and this would all be a dream.
Sup people, Lullaby here! So i hoped you liked the new chapter. Dont worry the whole book isn't going to be lovey dovey for those who like a little more drama and heart break. But for now let the love be shown. See Dark Link has discovered he has feelings for you the reader. But you have had to much break so its hard for you to trust people. But will he gain your love and affection in the end? I dont know.
