I felt a warm presence holding me in their arms. I liked the comfort it was nice, relaxing. I didn't know who it was at first I thought it was a dream but I didn't care. I drifted back off to sleep listening to the rain heavily hit the top of the roof.
I woke up to loud thunders and lightening flashes. I was still in the arms of someone, I heard is croaky morning voice "hey, what's wrong?" "Dylan?" I questioned. "Yeah? what's up?" he replied back. Wait, I'm in the arms of DYLAN. You know the person I really don't like and who is mean.
"I'm going to go get some breakfast" I said awkwardly. He let go of me and I walked out of the room into the kitchen with Allison making coffee. "We're going to stay another night here because there's meant to be a massive storm so Tyler thought it would be better to stay here for another night" Allison told me while handing me a hot mug of coffee.
"Yep okay and guess what" I told Allison in a quiet voice. " What" she said excitedly. "Well I kind of woke up to Dylan hugging me" I said. "Omg yay" she was saying while hugging me. "Why aren't you happy?" she questioned me. "I don't like Dylan" I said quietly. "Did someone say my name?" Dylan said as he walked through the kitchen.
He gave me a cheeky smile as I drunk my coffee. Today we decided to have a lazy day since we couldn't do much anyway. I noticed through the day Dylan was staring at me quiet often. I didn't know really what to think about him. I guess I was starting growing feelings for him but I have to hide them because I can't like Dylan.
(skipping to later this night)
Everyone was full after dinner and we decided to watch some movies. I put on a pair of grey sweatpants and a black t shirt. I bought some blankets to the living room. Dylan patted the lounge as to say sit here so I did. I pulled the blanket up to my neck because it was freezing.
We put on cabin in the woods. I looked at the cover of the movie and it said horror. "Guys, are you serious?" I said. They all laughed as I pulled a fluffy pillow up to my eyes. All of a sudden it was really quiet. I took the pillow away from my eyes and saw a black screen. I looked around to see no one was here, maybe they thought I was asleep to they tip toed off to bed.
"AHHHHHHHHHHH" I screamed as someone scared me from behind. I hid under the blankets holding my breath. I felt hands at the top of the blanket. Pulling the blanket away from me slowly and I closed my eyes. "BOO" Dylan yelled. "Dylan you scared me" I said as punching him softly in his arm.
"Where are the others, they better not be hiding trying to scare me as well" I said quite loudly hoping the others would hear it. "The boys went to go get firewood and the girls are asleep" Dylan said. "Oh great" I said. "Why the tone" Dylan asked. "Your alone with me" he said while giving me a smirk.
"Wait isn't it like thunder-storming" I asked trying to change the subject. "Yeah, but it died off for a bit and we needed more firewood so the guys thought they would go get some and told me and stay here with you" Dylan replied. "Oh and I think we're staying another night, news says theres a storm coming tomorrow at about 3am here it's going to be hit real bad" Dylan stated.
"Oh great another night with you" I said while giving Dylan a smirk. "Hey, you didn't seem like that when we were cuddling this morning" Dylan said as he smiled. "It was cold this morning" I said while laughing. "Well it's meant to be cold for the whole trip so that means a lot of cuddling" Dylan said as he pulled me in closer to him.
"What about if I don't want to cuddle you?" I asked. "Oh trust me you do" Dylan said while smiling. He placed his hands on my hips and stared into my eyes. I just realised how amazing his eyes were. We leaned in closer when Colton interrupted saying that him and Tyler bought back more firewood.
"Oh sorry guys, um yeah sorry" Colton said holding a bunch of wood. Dylan walked over to Colton giving him a hand with the wood. Tyler came in with more. "I'm off to bed" I said while waving. "Night Lily" Colton and Tyler said. "I'll be in there soon lil" Dylan said.
I walked into the bedroom thinking about what just happened. Like omg we almost kissed. I put on a pair of grey socks and kept what clothes I had on. I crawled into bed and hopped under the blankets.
I heard whispering coming from the lounge room. It must of been the guys saying goodnight. I heard Tyler say my name and wondered what they were actually talking about. It was to cold to get out of bed so I didn't think to much of it. After a few I dozed off to sleep.
BANG!
I woke up in shock and quickly reached over to the lamp that was on the bedside table. I saw Dylan on the floor. "Dylan you scared me half to death" I said rubbing my eyes. "I'm sorry I was trying to be quiet until I tripped over one of the bags" Dylan said as he slowly got up. "Well your not to good at being quiet" I said smiling at him.
He crawled into bed next to me. He reached over and turned the lamp off and moved closer to me. He wrapped his arms around me and I felt his warm breath touch the back of my neck. It was so nice to be this close with someone. "Goodnight lil" "Goodnight obrien"
