(flashback continued) (above is a picture of Kajal's dress)

"Finally!"I exclaimed.

The beach looked awesome. I was itching to stretch my legs out after that long journey but first we had to get the hotel rooms as we were planning to stay for three days.

"Right before we get rooms lets go swimming!" Joe said excitedly.

"We can't risk letting all the rooms getting booked!" Lakshmi said.

"Don't be such a non-fun person! Last person gets thrown into the water!" Joe said grabbing a bag and running towards the middle of the beach.

Not wanting to get pushed into the freezing cold water the rest of us grabbed our bags and ran with Joe. Lakshmi unfortunately ended up as the last one to reach.

"Well looks like you are going to get chucked into the sea!" I said smirking.

"Aww can't Kajal do it?"

"Nice try princess" Joe said.

She took her top off so she was in her shorts and bikini top. Joe held her arms, I held her feet and we swung her into the water.

"OH MY GOSH ITS SO COLD!!!" She screamed.

It was so funny! We laughed so hard tears were coming from our eyes! She came out of the water shivering so Kajal gave her a towel.

"Stop laughing!" She exclaimed.

After a while our laughter died down and we were having the ice cream Joe got from a van.

"So what should we do next?" Joe asked.

"Ooo! We could go shopping!" Kajal said excitedly.

He groaned.

"That's so boring!" He whined.

"Pleeeaaase!"

"Okay but on two conditions, you don't take to long in each shop and you give me a kiss"

"Okay!" She said kissing him on the cheek. And with that they grabbed the keys and ran to the car.

"You coming?" Kajal called.

"Nah" Lakshmi and I said.

"They're so cute together!" She said.

"Yeah" I said, watching them run off together.

"Come on I want to show you something" She said while drying her hair and putting on her T-shirt.

We walked down many streets until we came to an old building. She somehow had the keys to this building so she opened the door and we stepped inside.

"It's my parents apparently. They were the ones that made me want to dance when I found out they were dancers and I'm thinking of turning this ugly building into a beautiful dance school."

"Wow, that's amazing! But what do you mean you found out they were dancers?"

"I was an orphan. Kajal's parents took me in. Kajal is my best friend but she's also like my sister"

"Oh."

I had no idea what to say but I know she wouldn't want to be sympathised.

"You're going to be a great dance teacher." I said

"I haven't told many people this... but I think we'll be good friends." She said unexpectedly.

After a while of her telling me about what she was thinking about for the interior and me giving my opinion we decided we should get back in case the others would be wondering where we were.

After we went back we saw Kajal was crying and Joe was trying to comfort her.

"What happened?" Lakshmi and I asked very concerned.

"Stupid drunks mugged us! Kajal got hurt."He said angrily.

He showed us a cut on her arm. It looked quite deep.

"We should get her to a hospital." I said.

"We have no idea where we would find one though."

I looked up for the nearest hospital on my phone and we took Kajal there. In the waiting room Lakshmi just got of the phone with Kajal's parents.

"Who knew this would happen?" She said, running a hand through hair.

"You look really nice today" I told her.

She raised an eyebrow,"You're telling me this now?"

"I forgot to tell you earlier" I said awkwardly.

She smiled,"Thankyou"

Eventually Kajal came back and we went to a hotel and got two rooms. Joe flopped on the bed.

"Kajal did something to me man! I thought I treat her like all those other girls but I actually like her!"

"I'm glad. Lakshmi would kill you if did anything to her."

"Speaking of Lakshmi what were you two doing while were gone?" He said, wiggling his eyebrows.

"Shut up! We just went for a walk"

"You went for a walk?! Dude your not 70 years old!"

"What we're expecting us to do? Make out?"

"Yes!"

"I was being sarcastic"

"Whatever, I don't really want to leave though"

"Me too" I said, thinking of Lakshmi...
