I went back out side to get more boxes out of the car. I took about 3 and carried them into the basement. I got distracted by the colors of the wall down there. They were a a light mint color. After about 20 minutes I went back up to get more boxes. When I walked out, my mom was talking to the two boys I had seen earlier. I smiled and walked outside. One of them looked up and saw me, the other still talking to my mom.
"Hey!" He said happily. The other one looked at me and smiled.
"Hey." I said back, and I walked up to them and my mom.
"These nice boys asked if they could help us!" My mom said happily. "Can you grab a few boxes and show them where they go?" She asked me.
"Yeah." I smiled. "I'm Megan by the way." The taller boy said,
"I'm Grayson." And his twin said,
"I'm Ethan." Ethan smiled a sweet smile and picked up a few of the larger boxes. Grayson did the same, and so did I.
"Follow me." I said walking into the house.
"Wow. I've never been in here before..." Grayson said looking around.
"Same. It's really big." Ethan said. We walked down a hallway that led to the stairway.
"Okay. Right down here." I told them, carefully going down the steep steps. I looked back at the twins. They were smiling at each other. I wondered why, but I just shook it off. I set the boxes down and they did the same.
"I think that's all the boxes." I told them. "Thanks for all of your help!" I smiled. They smiled back.
"We should hang out some time." Ethan said.
"Yeah!" Grayson agreed. "What are you doing tomorrow?" He asked.
"Probably just organizing my room. But that won't take all day... How about tomorrow around noon?"
"Sure." The both said at the same time. I giggled. They asked for my number so we could hook up. Even though, we did live across the street from each other. I thought it was cute. We all walked up the stairs. My mom was in her room.
"Well, Megan. I guess we'll see you tomorrow!" Ethan said.
"Yeah. We'll text you." Grayson smiled.
"Okay. See you later." I smiled and closed the door as they walked across the street back to their house.
