Chapter Forteen

SKIPPING INTO 2016

DANS POV

Y/N hadn't been leaving her room for days only at night... It all started when her and Phil had a huge argument on New Years Day... Turns out she isn't actually Phil's sister.

GOING INTO THE PAST

"Phil! I'm fucking twenty and you only tell me now that I'm adopted! You're a fucking prick! Don't fucking talk to me again!" Y/N says storming off I stand there staring at Phil who looked lost... He looked like he didn't know what to do anymore,

"Dan... Promise to me you'll keep an eye on her... She's had some problems in the past. Eating disorders, suicidal things... I'm going back north to see if mum and dad can help her out." He says running into his room and packing. He left the next morning at 02:30am.

BACK TO REALITY

Id sit outside her door and hear her crying uncontrollably... I felt bad... Useless...

She came out one day but that was for a drink... But she was so weak, she hadn't eaten in weeks, but was drinking constantly...

I came home one day to find her sitting on the stairs to the office crying into her hands.

"I'm sorry..." She would repeat over and over while I held her tight.

One night I stayed up to see her... I had to tell her something that I wanted to tell her since we got together... But I don't think it was the best time...

I never told her... She never came out of her room that night...

NEXT MORING

I was filming a video saying I wouldn't be uploading in a while due to some problems.

Then I heard footsteps coming to my room, they pause and I hear a weak knock at my door,

"Come in..." I say quietly, Y/N walked in with red eyes, no colour to her face and she was extremely thin.

"Dan? I think it's time I got help." She mumbles looking up from the ground, I stand up and hug her as generally as possible I didn't want to hurt her... She was already damaged...

"I love you..." I whisper to her, she pauses and looks up and me,

"I love you too." She smiles weakly... I look at her eyes they had finally regained the sparkle... That's all she needed... Someone to say "I love you."

That day we went out.

I took her to Starbucks, then we went to this American restaurant, we went shopping and then to a park when it had started to become dark.

We sat on a park bench when I looked at Y/N, she was smiling like she used too...

I pulled her into a hug she leant her head on my chest and didn't stop smiling,

"Dan... I love you..." She says smiling at me,

"And I love you." I say looking her in the eye.

Then our lips meet. I smile into the kiss and we break a part.

BACK HOME
Y/N POV

I was sitting on the sofa by myself while Dan made dinner...
