Third grade went by fast. I guess even getting suspended didn't stop the bullies. But Harry and Louis didn't care. They had each other. Louis wouldn't feel a bit sad when the bullies were going at them. Harry would take his hand and give it a slight squeeze, reminding Louis that he was here for him. Every night, Louis and Harry would stay up late on the phone making fun of all the bullies. Imitating all the hurtful words they would say. "Lou, sometimes I get sad when they make fun of us." Harry mumbled into the phone. "Me too, but then I remember you're with me and I feel better. Besides, Haz, You have to feel sorry for the bullies. They have nothing better big to pick on us." Louis said. Those words stuck with Harry for the rest of the year. "Us against the world, Lou?" Harry would say before recess. "Us against the world, Harry."
