Flying over the water, I was approaching the island. I was flying together with the birds while I saw myself in the reflection of the water. Peace and patience have pervaded my body and my soul. While flying I forgot how much responsibility I had on my shoulders, why I existed. When I was looking myself in the water I kept smiling. My body was airy, longish, and beautiful. Energy was just vibrating in me, making my thin skin glitter. I knew that my body was only the given means of natural powers, the shining divine spark, the carrier of the spirit. Up and down, up and down, with waving movements as if I had been swimming. When I looked down I saw that dolphins were trying to compete with me in swimming, but I didn't care. While they were there with me asking to compete with me, I felt free. Water drops were shining in my hair, and sun rays were dancing on my skin, I could only give the giant trees growing from the water a wide berth. Never would I wish to stop. I wished I could always be so free. Descending above the water I was stretching my arm and reached the surface of the water, without bothering with the splashing water, which attracted an even bigger smile on my face. I didn't have to pay attention to my movements; they came instinctively. I felt that my knowledge was so old that one could not apprehend. The knowledge of the ancestors was in me. The knowledge was controlling me when I closed my eyes and flew a wide berth among the hundred-year-old trees of our Mother Earth.
While flying, from the corner of my eyes I could see several times the guard towers that we never had to use. An alien did not even presume what these buildings were capable of and would not be able to use them. Even from my folk, only we, the Chosen Ones, were able to control them. I was one among the chosen. I hadn't asked for it, and I hadn't had a choice. It was my fate, like all the rulers, who were called pure bred by my people. I didn't want to stop flying, but I felt I needed to go; I had been sent for. Approaching the gate of the city, some children were waving and were having me in. I felt that I had to keep on going. I had no time, so I was only waving back to them smiling. As the wind was blowing my face softer and softer, I arrived where I had been being waiting for. They were standing there and looking at me. They didn't move; they didn't speak. They were patiently waiting for me to land. While descending, I recognised a faint smile on the face of my mother. She could not resent as I reminded her of him. As you know, the life of the Chosen Ones differs from the life of a simple man from Atlantis. For this reason, they turn a blind eye to me more.
After my soles landed on the ground, he started me – he, who was respected by us and whose each word was obeyed. When he got to me, he reached out his arm smiling and put it on my shoulders to pull me to him and embraced me. He was the leader, the king of Atlantis, the holder of a thousand-year-old knowledge.
'We have been waiting for you, my child,' he said with his gentle voice and slapped my face.
'You are venturing farther and farther, Xamaek, which is thoughtlessness.' He continued and with a gentle move was trying to shepherd me to the house covered with the ancient tree.
'But you know it very well, Nas-hadihh, that no matter how much I fly, I can't get tired,' I replied, making him calm and going together with him to the house.
'I know, I know, my child. I have no doubts in your abilities. I doubt if the Drakonidas will not keep themselves to the agreement and will decide to take a step that could endanger you and us,' he said solemnly.
'Why do you think we should be worried?' I asked, and in the meantime, we got into the house where in a round-shaped room where they were already waiting for us.
The room was light and spacious. It was covered by a glass dome top, through which the starry sky could be seen at night. But now it was darkened and our universe appeared in it. The holographic picture was changing continuously, as the people being present in the room, were talking about a planet or star or incidentally a galaxy was mentioned. The greatest thinkers and sages from my people were present, who were taking seat around a huge table. When we got there, the colloquy had already started, and I was trying to find out why everyone was so excited. At the end of the table, my mother and my father, that is, the ruler and the queen consort, were sitting and I got a place in between them.
The round-shaped room was dappled by light and dark colours, but it was mystical and magical at the same time. There weren't too many things in the room besides the table and the chairs, and there was really no need for anything else. I had been waiting for this day so much as I had never been able to participate at these conferences before. When I sat down, all the eyes turned to me, and the conversations, thought to be important before, quieted. My father was about to take the floor, when suddenly amid shouts, one of the guards ran into the room.
'They are here! The Drakonidas are here!' he shouted.
Everybody got to his feet, and as they did not want to believe their ears, they also wanted to see themselves. With one movement my father had removed the holographic universe from the dome and the starry sky was revealed to us where we could see three spaceships, approaching at great speed. My father turned to the sages.
'Everybody should calm down. We are going to listen to what they want. Not as if we don't suspect,' he murmured and turned to the door. 'Our spies have already indicated that they are preparing for something. And then, nowadays there were many things that we haven't agreed on in connection with the controlling of Earth,' he continued and was gesturing with his hand for everyone to sit back in his place.
I did not know what it was about, so I got frightened. I hadn't been involved in any interstellar negotiations, so far. I even had no idea that we were in a "business" relationship with the Drakonidas. I had heard about them, but I had never seen them live. In my childhood, we used to threaten each other by them. It used to be funny, but now it was not funny at all. I was frightened. All the eyes were looking at the door, when sensoring the visitors, it had started to open itself. The Drakonidas were huge and most resembled a lizardman. They did not care that they had come uninvited. Because of the agreement made with the Atlantis, they felt the right to call anytime, even suddenly. From the three spaceships, eight of them got out.
Two of them were Ciakars, meaning that they were from the royal layer of the Drakonidas. The rest were from the class of warriors. They could be easily differentiated as they did not only differ from each other in their size, but their outlook was also dissimilar. The female Ciakars were more than four metres high, while males could reach up to six and a half metres. They could weigh even 900 kilos. They had wings, with which they seemed to be even bigger. If they hadn't come from another solar system, they would have been able to fly with their own wings. They were extremely perspicacious, and more intelligent than we might think. It was not by accident that they had a reputation in thousands of galaxies. Their habitation was the former pole star, Thuba, which was 215 light years away from the alpha of the Dragon constellation. The warriors had less impressive sizes, but it was impossible not to notice them. In general they grew upto two, two and a half metres. I was getting more and more frightened and was trying to hide behind my father, with no real success. When they all entered the room, which was fifty-meters high, even these scary giants could easily fit; they stood in front of us and were staring straight at us with their huge eyes.
27 January 2011
I woke up again sweating. My heart had almost jumped out of its place. I could hardly get any air, as fear was still squeezing in my chest. I was sitting in the dark on my bed and could not move. The clock only showed half past 1 a.m., but I did not feel any sleepiness at all. 'What kind of dream was it? So far, I have only seen the Aztec Empire in my dreams, and it always ended in the same way – I see a sharp light. Then I wake up. All my dreams are as if I was there and waking up. It is hard to believe that it hadn't happened. I need to put an end to it,' I thought, so I decided to go to some kind of specialist, who could help me. I started to get sick of it. After such an unsettling dream, I could never fall back to sleep, and it was how that night passed.
