Going Back

I woke up, went did my hygiene, then put my clothes on. After I got myself situated, I went got the kids situated. I fixed them breakfast, then loaded them up in the car and fina go bring them to my dad. I kept Aubrey with me and drop the other ones off. I went to go meet my sister at the cafe'. Once I got there, I got Aubrey out of the car and went sat in a booth waiting for Gabbi. 

Waiter:" Hi beautiful, do you need a high chair for the baby."

Me:" Sure."

He went and got a high chair for Aubrey. By time he came back with the high chair, Gabbi was walking in. 

Waiter:" May I start y'all off with some drinks and appetizers."

Me:" Sure. I would like to have a Sprite, mozzarella sticks and for my daughter fruit punch."

Gabbi:" I would like sweet tea and mozzarella sticks."

He wrote down our order and winked at me then went to go get our drinks. I didn't know I was blushing til Gabi said something.

Gabbi:" I never seen you smile that much. But anyways hows you and August."

I told her everything that had been going on. She was mad when I told her that he had put his hands on me.

Gabbi:" Did you tell daddy??"

Me:" No, I don't want to tell him."

The waiter came back and gave us our drinks and appetizers. Now it was time for us to order our food.

Me:" For me, I would like the three cheese Lasagna with the sides of  Macaroni and cheese, and broccoli with cheese, and for my daughter, I would like to give her bake fish with mashed potatoes."

Waiter:" Ok and you ma'm."

Gabbi:" I would like the three cheese macaroni and cheese, with the sides of salmon seasoned with lemon pepper, I want my topping to be mushrooms."

Waiter:" Ok."

After he wrote our meal down, he wrote something else down and slide the paper to me. It was his number.

Me:" Excuse me, Im married. See."

Waiter:" I see, I just wanna be your friend thats all."

Me:" Ok."

He left to go get our order. He came back and we ate. After we ate, we chatted some more than we left. I was heading to the house that August and I had shared. 

August POV

I just realize that Danni and the kids is not here. I just lost it. I was throwing things, smashing things, then I just broke down crying. I never meant to hit her. I was just sitting in the corner crying til I heard the door open then shut. It was Danni.

Danni:" August, where are you."

She must have heard me crying and came closer.

Danni:" OMG August, what happened."

Me:" Im sorry Danni, I'm so sorry for  hitting you."

Danni:" Go get cleaned up and let me go put Aubrey down for her nap." 

Me:" Ok."

Danielle POV

Its a mess in here. I went put Aubrey down in her baby bed that was still here then turned on the baby monitor. I went back downstairs and cleaned it up. After I cleaned it up, I went cooked something to eat. While I was cooking, I felt August present behind me. I turned the stove off and turned around and stared at him. 

August:" Can I talk to you."

Me:" Sure, let me fix our plates."

I fixed our plates and brought them to the table. We said grace then dug in.

Me:" Talk."

August:" I am sorry. I don't want you to think that I'm saying those words lightly. I really mean them. I am so sorry. I know that what I did was wrong and I know that it hurt you deeply. I'm not sure what I was thinking, but I do know that I never wanted to hurt you. I wish I could take it back, but I can't. All I can do is try to show you how much I regret what I've done and ask for your forgiveness. I love you. We have certainly had our share of problems in the past, but we've always been able to work through them. I think we're actually stronger because of them. I hope that this situation is no different. I will do whatever it takes for you to trust me again, so that we can go back to the way things were. We've had too many good times together to break up over this. I take full responsibility for my mistake, so please don't give up on me now."

Me:" Awwww Aug."

I went hugged and kiss him. The kiss got deeper then what it was. He carried me to our room and did the unthinkable.

4 hours later.................................................................................................

I was laying on August chest listening to his heartbeat. He was watching something on the tv. 

Me:" August."

August:" Yea baybeh."

Me:" I forgive you. I understand that you were mad at her, but just go talk to her and hear her out."

August:" Ok just for you baybeh, but would you come with me. She sneaky."

Me:" Sure, anything for my man."

August:" Anything."

Me:" Boy go to sleep."

August:" I love you Danielle Kathryn Victor-Alsina."

Me:" I love you too August Anthony Alsina Sr."

We kissed then went to sleep. I gotta call Harmony and invite her to the Cafe' in the morning.
