No Regrets

I grabbed my diary and opened the door to my room balcony . My counselor told me that if I relive my past life for one last time then maybe that'll put me at ease and make me accept the life I have now . I laid down on my balcony chair and opened the book of memory and misery .

The Beginning of No Regrets ....

This day was the best day of my life . Starting off with school...

"Yo ashley ?" Craig yelled my name from down the hall expecting me to wait for him . I kept walking but slowed my pace .

"I know you heard me call your name , I dont know why you always be trying to act to good to turn around and wait " he said smartly . When it came to Craig I always played hard to get .

" what is it now craig , a hug , a peck on the cheek , or her number again ? "my step sister Taylor said joining our walk down the hallway . wasnt a coincidence at all -_-

"look ill come by the house later on tonight , stay gorgeous " he said and turned around . I turned around to look at him and saw him slap some boy books out of his hands . I just laughed and turned around .

I began hating when taylor popped up around me and craig . its like she knew our every move .

"so he's coming over tonight eh " she asked . It was really none of her business but she was just right there when he said it . I just nodded .

" what ? you can tell me ya know , im not jealous anymore " she said . She sounded pretty jealous to me .

" I just feel like its none of your business if he is or isnt . yall dont go out anymore , he's old news remember ? so everything he say should be irrelevant to you . " I said annoyed . I got myself prepared for the whole "step " sister statement.

"you dont have to treat me like that just because im your step sister ya know .. I dont caree I was just .. forget it " she turned around and went back to her class . I smiled and met up with my real sisters Michelle and Nia .

Nia : she tripping about Craig again ?

Me: hell yeah , you already know ..

Michelle : tf ? why . they been done. like she need to fall back .

Me: its all good , he suppose to be coming over tonight anyway , ill ask him to bring Ray & Jacob if you want ?

Nia : Yes do that , we can all go to the firework show at the lake tonight to.

Michelle : yasss , turn up !

( driving home )

Me : Yo nia stop real quick

nia : why ?

me : that boy , dosent he go to our school , he looks like that boy that craig slapped books out of his hands today .

Michelle : Bahahaha what did you do that for ?

Me : dont laugh , he looks like he needs help . lets give him a ride .

Michelle : boy hell nawl , he might be a creeper .

Nia : and youre not ?

Michelle : -_-

Nia stops the car and I got out and walked to him . He was carrying all his school books , I thought maybe he was moving.

"hey do you need help with thoes books , I can give you a ride home " i told him and pointed to the car . Michelle slid down in her seat .

" uhh no I have it , I can hold " all his books fell on the ground . We gathered them together and I grabbed half and he had half .

"I promise it wont be out of our way , I can give you a ride " I told him . He tried to denie again but I grabbed his hand and pulled him to car.

"whats your name ?" I asked him .

"Chres...." he started to fixing glasses "Chreshanto" .

"well im Ashley , the girl in the backseat is Michelle and the girl in the driver seat is Nia . We're sisters , do you have any siblings ?" I asked him . We werent far from the car then .

"uhh no , no no " he said nervously as we reached the car .

"oh okay ... well hey you guys , this is chreshanto and chreshanto this is well nia and Michelle like I told you" I introduced them .

Michelle waved and Nia smiled and nodded .

"so , where you live ?" I asked him .

"In moores mill , what ...about ..you , that's if you don't mind me.. asking?" he asked nervously ..

"we live in Hampton Groove , right across the street , you go outside often ?" I asked him . I began checking out his clothes .

Michelle took a whiff of his puffy ponytail and covered her nose with her shirt collar .

"only when my parents arent home.... do...you ?" he asked .. he sounded a little more comfortable this time.

"yeah , especially on the weekends .. we go running in the morning , you can come if you want , not that you need it though" I smiled at him . He looked pretty good to be what they considered as a "lame"..

"oh well sure ... you dont need it either " he laughed .

"which house is yours ?" nia said as we arrived to moores mill .

"Its the first one , I can walk from here . thanks for the ride though" he said getting out the car.

"aw but I had so much fun talking to you " I told him handing him the rest of his books .

"ha , yeah .. me to " he said . we stared at each other for a second.

"well .I dont want it to end , here's my number . text me tonight . also happy new years " I told him and got in the car . He waved goodbye smiling.

Everyone was quiet in the car untill nia remembered ......

"We Forgot Taylor , God Damnit " nia said turning around . . .
