The Lives of Two Bestfriends

Chapter 3

Liliana's P.O.V.

“ That's great.” My mom said.

“ Really?” I asked.

“ Yeah.” She said.

“ Can I meet his pack today after breakfast?” I asked.

“ Yeah, but you still have to tell your father about Logan.” She said.

“ I will.” I said just as Marissa and Matthew came down the stairs. We all sat down at the table when dad walked in. I looked over at Jason, and seen that he looked like he hasn't slept at all.

“ Hey dad?” I said.

“ Yeah?” He said.

“ Logan and I are mates.” I said just as he took a drink of his coffee.

“ What?” He said coughing.

“ Logan is my mate.” I said.

“ That's great, but why did you tell me when I was getting a drink of my coffee?” He asked.

“ Hey, not my fault you picked it up when I started talking.” I said jokingly. We finished eating, and headed to my car. I tossed Logan the keys, and got in on the passenger side. He got in and started the engine. We were to his pack house in twenty minutes. We all got out, and walked toward the pack house. I seen wolves outside training.

“ Hey Jordan do you think I can go up against your strongest wolf?” I asked with a grin on my face.

“ Sure.” He said. We walked over to the two wolves who were fighting. One had light brown fur, and the other one had black fur “ Dillon, Bryce.” They turned to look at Logan. “ Dillon since you are the strongest fighter I want you to fight Liliana.” The brown wolf went behind a tree and turned into his human form. He came out from behind the tree in a t-shirt and jeans.

“ You want me to fight her?” He asked skeptically. Logan nodded brusquely.

“ Fine.” He submitted, heading back behind the tree to shift. I went behind a tree took my clothes off and transformed into my wolf. I walked out from behind the tree, and got into my fighting stance. Dillon lunged at me and I blocked it. I turned around and lunged at him and pinned him, but he pushed me off. I regained my footing, and turned just in time to block Dillon's lunge. I jumped on him and pinned him where he couldn't move. He wiggled out from under me and lunged at me again. I looked over at Logan for a second and then back at Dillon but he was to close so I couldn't dodge him and my force field came out of nowhere and he flew across the yard hitting a tree. He turned back into his human form and looked up at me shocked. I looked at him for a minute noticing he didn't have any clothes. I went behind the tree and changed into my human form putting my clothes on quickly. I grabbed his clothes and ran over to him.

“ I am so sorry I didn't know that would happen I wasn't even wanting my mark to do that.” I said handing him his clothes.

“ Wait you have the rare mark? Very few people have the rare mark.” He said surprised. I chuckled at his expression. He was starting to get up and I kept looking him in the eyes because I was avoiding looking at his body. He smirked noticing that I was uncomfortable. I felt someone's arm go around my waist that sent tingles through my body.

“ Go put some clothes on.” Logan growled in his alpha tone. Dillon walked behind a tree mumbling something under his breath that I couldn't hear. I felt Logan's breath against my neck that made me shiver in pleasure.

“ Let's head inside so I can show you the rest of the pack house.” He whispered. We started toward the pack house Marissa and Matthew following behind us. He showed us where everything was and once he finished showing us around he took us to the movie room. We sat in there and talked for about an hour until my phone went off. I looked at the caller ID and seen that it was the commander. I looked up at Marissa and motioned for her to step outside the room with me. We got up and walked outside and once we were outside the room I answered and put it on speaker.
