Mai-Otome
Coral Otome
-Arika Yumemiya (アリカ・ユメミヤ?): A main character of My-Otome and its crossover story with Capcom. She enters Garderobe dreaming of becoming an Otome like her mother. She possesses the Blue Sky Sapphire (蒼天の青玉 Souten no Seigyoku?), a memento from her mother. In Mai-Otome X Capcom, she also gains the Sword of Sparda from Trish during the invasion of Garderobe by Nagi Dai Artai's army and Order of the Sword. However, when she and (Harmonium) Nina clashed, the Sparda takes over Arika that led both of her and Nina disappeared into the Demon World. Arika's Capcom allies are Dante, Claire, Leon, and Tessa; with Dante being her Guardian. Arika also gains access to Dante's Devil Arms such as the Cerberus, Artemis, Gilgamesh, and Spiral.
-Nina Wáng (ニナ・ウォン Nina Won?): A main character of My-Otome. As the top Coral student, Nina dreams to become a great Otome to make Sergay, her adoptive father, proud. She dislikes Arika from the moment they meet although their relationship develops into friendship. Later in the series she receives the Ultimate Black Diamond (漆黒の金剛石 Shikkoku no Kongouseki?), which was later damaged when Arika was consumed by the fullest extent of the Sword of Sparda, injuring Nina; nearly to the point of killing her, and sending them into the Demon World at the same time. After they are rescued by Asura, Nina gains Neptune Emerald (海神の翠玉 Watatsumi no Suigyoku?) as an interim contract with Asura, Dante, and Mashiro. Like Arika, Nina also gains access to Dante's Devil Arms such as the Beowulf, Agni & Rudra, Nevan, Pandora, and Kalina Ann.
Whenever jamming the Nevan, a curious-looking guitar used by Dante as a weapon; she is implied to play the songs "Butterfly" and "Target ~Akai Shougeki~ (Red Impact)" by Kouji Wada - the opening theme for Digimon Adventure and its sequel (Adventure 02), as seen when she, Arika, and Dante fought the fallen HiMEs, (Angelo) Agnus, and during the final battle against Sanctus Diabolica respectively. She also knows how to perform the Reverb Shock, Jam Session.
Five Columns
-Natsuki Kruger: The headmistress of Garderobe, second of the Five Columns, and wielder of the Ice Silver Crystal. She has a calm, reserved, neutral, and calculating personality, often only appearing in episodes to comment on the political situation and making decisions for Garderobe based on it. Her closest friend is Shizuru.
In the past, Natsuki was a loner, but after meeting Mai during her time at Garderobe, she gradually began to open up to others. She hoped to become Shizuru's room attendant, having looked up to her, but was disappointed when Shizuru thought of her as another fan. After a talk with Mai, she approached Shizuru and expressed her desire to learn more about her, resulting in them developing a new understanding of each other.
In Mai-Otome X Capcom, her Guardians are composed of Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, Frank West, Axl, Tron Bonne, Amaterasu, Ryu, and Ken Masters.
While being outmatched by Albert Wesker, she lends her GEM to Jill to unlock the full extent of the Ice Silver Crystal. Upon materializing, Jill usually shouts "Let's Rocket"; a similar nod from Power Rangers in Space.
-Shizuru Viola: #3 of the Five Columns, known as the Bewitching Smile Amethyst. She materializes in the first episode to fend off a SLAVE and inspires Arika Yumemiya to become an Otome herself.
Shizuru is often idolized and referred by other students as Oneesama because of her elegant fighting style, charisma, beauty, kindness, and sincerity. Shizuru often acts as the surrogate mother/sister to Arika Yumemiya and Nina Wáng, and gives them her support and comfort whenever necessary. She utilizes her natural grace and agility in her fighting prowess (it was then surpass from that of Vergil), making her an elegant yet deadly warrior, this was further improved when in Dark Slayer Style. Shizuru was also given a chance to wield Yamato in Vergil's behest, she can utilize his trademark Dark Slayer Style, and does have a Devil Trigger; it takes form that of Nero's.
