Amelia's Pov
The next morning I woke up to a sound of knocking on the door so I rolled out of bed and went downstairs and opened the door. There stood the same old man as yesterday at the diner wearing a gray suit this time.
"Hello how did you know were I live?"I asked
"Oh I know a lot of things and I have my ways"he said. I was gob smacked I didn't know what to do. "Why are you here?" I asked
"Because today you are going to meet my son Christian the man your going to marry "he said
"Oh okay Erm come in and where am I meeting him?"I ask. With that he walked in and looked at my house. " your meeting him at the diner you work at" he said
"Oh what time?" I asked him
"Around 1pm" he said. I look at the clock and it says 10 meaning I have 3 hours to get ready. With that I leave him sat in my living room and I began to get ready i wear a jumper,leggings and my convers.
10 minutes later I come out to see Mr Gray on the phone. Once he is finished with his phone call we get into his limo and drive to "big momas" diner. It took about 15 minutes to get to the diner and once were there we get out and walk straight inside. I see a guy sat at a table in a suit and I instantly new that this was the guy I'm going to be marrying. We all sit down and I instantly start playing with my hands. "Hey son how are you doing?" Mr Gray(George) says
"I'm doing fine thanks how about you old man?" Younger Mr Gray said in a jokingly manner.
"I'm good son,son this is Amelia the girl your going to marry" George says. With that Mr Gray turns to look at me and says " hi lovely to meet you I'm Mr Gray but seen as your my new fiancée you can call me Christian "
"Hi Christian" I say in a small voice and With that we ordered lunch.
After lunch we start talking about the marriage. "So the marriage when will it be meaning when are we getting married?" I say
"I was thinking of having a winter wedding so maybe a week before Christmas" Christian said
"That sounds good guys and I'm glad you two are getting along together" George said.
After that Christian said he would pick me up after my shift so we can go engagement ring shopping.
