Day three of the trials, today the people are gathered again the Church hall, this time they are shouting out one by one why Mary is a witch. So far all people have been saying is that she can transform into different animals, but we learned this yesterday. One new piece that someone had said is that they saw her casting spells onto ships as they entered and left ports. The second new part is that more people showed up to this one, to testify on Mary's behalf! The people in the pews had somewhat of an argument during the trial, and as the two girls listen into the argument, they decided to let Mary go for this part.
This test, you were in the Church hall, testifying for Mary. Even though you left early you could tell that you made a difference, as with everyone else who testified for Mary. When you got word of what the decision was you were filled with joy, even though you had barely known her, you had felt you should do something. As your smile fades, you finish your daily tasks and start to wander around the village listening to the conversations as you pass them. You don't realize it, but you are looking for something. You try to think of what it might be, as you think of what's happening you think of Mary, just for the slightest second, but you dismiss that thought quickly and you return home.
