my name is Janie. I'm a 12 year old girl who has Leukemia. I found out I had Leukemia when I was 4 years of age.The doctor said that I don't have that much longer to live. I wasn't even supposed to live past 6 years old.All my doctors I have seen said I'm a Miracle kid.Ever since I've had Leukemia everythings changed for my family.My dad had to take a lot of time off work to help me, but my mom still works full time. My 15 year old sister Alese is a very important person in my life. She does everything for me.And she never complains. She's always there for me.i have been very sick lately. I lost all of my hair when I was 6.I just want to be a normal 12 year old girl who gos to school and has a lot of friends, is pretty and wears makeup.But I can't be a normal 12 year old girl. I'm a 12 year old girl who has no hair, no friends, and a girl with Leukemia.Why can't I be normal?
