A fresh start

" Sophie turn the music down! You will be late for your first day at school, hurry up!" I heard my mom yelling from downstairs as turned the music up. I was getting ready for my fantastic first day at my new school. When I came down my mom looked at me with that look. That look she has been giving me since I've been back from the Dasley institute. The 'I am so happy you're alive and doing okay' look, I was taken to Dasley after I tried to kill myself by cutting my wrists and taking 30 sleeping pills. I thought about everything and it should've worked. Too bad for me someone found me and took me to the hospital. That person is still not found and that specific person I still hate. "Are you okay..? Shall I call you sick? You can stay at home one more day if you want to?" My mom asked while rubbing her hands on my shoulder. " I am completely fine and I will go to school. I'll see you later." I told her while giving her a kiss on the cheek. While I was walking to school there was this guy walking behind me. I clearly heard his footsteps coming closer. Also I saw his shadow walking behind me. "What do you want?" I asked while I turned around. When I turned around I saw that I was the only person standing there. I stood still for a second and thought about every terrible thing that could happen. I decided to grab my knife I always carry in my jacket. "!WAAAHHH SUPRISEEE" I screamed while my heart began to pound. It was Elize and Rena, they didn't know about the anxiety. That is why they also didn't know they shouldn't do that. My breathing became more heavily when I tried to focus on it. My hands started to shake and my knees felt weak. I was in a complete trance while I got flashbacks from Dasley. My mind left this universe and was travelling through every bad memory I have ever had. I heard Elize and Rena somewhere far away asking me if I was okay. I tried to go back to them, but they were so far. Everything was dark and all I could hear was my own voice telling me what I've been hearing for years 'Make an end to it'. Someone grabbed me and I found myself laying on the ground with my own blood and knife in my hands. I looked and I saw a face I have never seen before. "You're alright darling, just come back to me..slowly." He said. I couldn't help it but instantly feel so calm. He had the most beautiful sweet blue eyes and they were staring right at me. " We are so sorry, we never meant to freak you out like that!" Elize was almost crying. That's Elize, always feeling bad about something she did. She was the most selfless person I've ever met. "I am fine." I said while standing up. The mysterious guy offered me a hand but I refused."I can stand up by myself, thankyou." He smirked "Well I suppose you girls will be fine without me now. "While the guy was walking away I saw how Rena had all her eyes on him. Rena was the kind of girl everyone wanted to be. She had a perfect skin, short brown hair, green eyes and full lips. Let me not forget about her beautiful body every guy in town wanted to do. "let's go we're going to be late!" I said while pulling Rena's arm. "Okay okay fine, but I need to know who that guy is." She responded with a smile.
