An Angels Lament- Introduction
It strange to think, that ever since birth the first thing we are taught it to be afraid. Of not only the fictitious villains but the ordinary ones. The ones that wish to harm us a shunned and discriminated.But only few know of our worst enemy.The one we should be most afraid of. Ourselves.
He stood atop of the Building,not a special building just an ordinary housing apartment, looking below. He kicked a small rock off the top, never hearing hit it the ground, as he was to far up and the cities noise seemed to drown it out.
Funny how one little act can change our lifes, which only illustrates even more the weakness of the human race.
His head was filled with voices, it always seemed full these days. But if he listened closely none of them seemed to be his own. Which is the reason we wore those headphones so loud. It because of these headphones, the ones that protected him for so long of those tormenting voices, that he could of never heard her voice. The one that saved him from jumping off that ledge.
