Surprises Surprises

"B-But why me" I said to Senji. "Well you always wanted someone to protect you right? We were born from that wish!" Koroko said. "Really?! That was when I still believed in the boogie man!" I said. "Well we are here now!" Senji said triumphantly. I couldn't help but laugh. They seemed to be surprised to see me laugh and smiled warmly.

When I finally realized they were looking at me I heard a Big Bang on the door. My skin shivered at what might be behind the door. "Uh oh we better get out befo-" BANG! The door broke down before Koroko could finish. A two headed fox came in with rows and rows of teeth on display in both pairs of jaws. "WHAT IS THAT!"  I managed to slip out. "A bendlin a.k.a a two headed demon fox! But we might want to hurry up and kill the bendlin before it kills us!"

Senji went first and was it just me or was he pulling out a sword out of nowhere! He slashed at the bendlin and it groaned but didn't go down. Koroko went up next and he did the same thing but with two swords! He slashed at the bendlin and it did one roar then went down.

"That was easy. Are you ok Envy?" Senji said noticing me wide eyed. "Yeah. But why did he go down so easily?" I asked staring at the dead bendlin. " Because the bendlin is the easiest monster to face. To put it this way the more you progress in the Alphime realm the harder the monsters get." Senji said.

"Ohhhh." I said getting it. "So it's like a video game?" I said right after. "Uhh close but this is real life." Koroko said. "So if I die here I die on Eath?" I asked hoping the answer was no. "Yes that is how it works." Senji said giving my hopes up. "Well at least i'll die getting protected." I said sadly.

But to my surprise Senji and Koroko both bowed getting on one knee and each grabbed one of my hands and said, "We will not let you die! We will die protecting you so you can go back home." They both said then kissed my hands. I started to bush and thought to myself, "How did I get myself into this mess!"
