Sweet Serial Killer (On Hold)

Chapter 2- Mistakenly Found

I look in the mirror. I am dressed in all black. Black shirt. Black pants. Black shoes. Black hat.

The mission was to find the serial killer. How hard can that be?

We googled all the information. Where all the deaths happened or in Heathers case where the blood took place.

We obviously can't go back to the seen of the crime because there are cops still there. Well I'm guessing. They wouldn't just leave the evidence there. Right?

Max Willow is a teacher working in the middle school. He has been teacher for 10 years so far. The death took place in the school. They found his blood,the blood trail leading to a garage can. His body was found in there. The janitor found him. He was still in one piece. Though the killer stabbed him 25 times to the heart. This all happens at around 4:00pm today.

Abigail Stone is a college student. She was majoring in nursing. Her grades where not so great. Her death took place in her apartment, which she shared with her boyfriend. The boyfriend found her on top of there bed. The killer cut her back open. He found her on top of a pool of her own blood. This happened at around 6:00pm.

Lastly, Heather McLain's death. She is a 10th grade high school student. Just like Becca, Liz, and I. Her death took place at the town park. We always go there to clear our minds. That's was all of our sanctuary. They didn't find her body, but her blood. It was all over the park from the trees to the swings. A little boy found her blood. They know it her blood from DNA testing. This all happened at around 7:00pm today.

All this was shown on google. How helpful right? The whole problem with this is.. How do all these deaths go together. Was the killer just killing random people. Or was there a background story to all of this.

The serial killer is a guy.. That is all they know because there is no sign of finger prints anywhere. The only reason they know its a guy is from the schools security camera, and a eye witness that saw him walking before the other 2 murders.

"So where should we start" Liz says, also wearing all black.

"Ask the one who wanted to do this" Becca says pointing at me. She is wearing all black just like Liz and I.

"Hmm if I was a serial killer and the whole town is looking for me...where would I be" I say while rubbing my chin with my thumb and index finger.

"In hiding" Becca says.

"Yea but where" Liz says.

"We need someone who is very familiar with this criminal stuff" Becca says.

Then both Liz and Becca slowly look at me with raised eyebrows.

"What" I say bluntly.

"Kat.." Becca says slowly.

"You always watch those criminal mind shows. If you were a criminal where would you hide" Liz says.

"Well... If I was a criminal I would hide somewhere no one would ever suspect..." I pause just to make it dramatic. And yes I do pause just to be dramatic.

"Some place no one has ever thought of before. If the whole town was looking for me.. I would hide in the sewers" I say finishing my sentence.

"A sewer?" Liz says with a raised eyebrow.

"Yea no one would ever think that. It's disgusting down there. No one would ever be willing to go down there" I say staring at them both.

"Ok any other options" Becca says fast while clapping her hands together.

"Wait.what about my idea" I say.

"It was a good idea but if my plan doesn't work than we will use your plan" Becca says.
