Liam's POV:
I take a deep breath and open the door to HOLLISTER, as I enter, a cool breeze,beach music and the sound of crashing waves surround me. I haven't been in HOLLISTER for ages, seeing as I've never really been a fan of their clothes. I looked around, searching for..Olivia.
"Hi, could you tell me where Olivia is?" I smiled at one of the employees. Instinctively, I adjusted my sunglasses, just to make sure I'm not going to be recognized.
"Liv? She's in the back folding some t-shirts...that's what happens when you're too late.." the girl chuckles.
"Could you..."
"Fine..i'll go get her.." she groaned, and left to get 'Liv', while mumbling something under her breath.
Liv's POV:
"Liv! Some guy, is asking for you !" Sophia bellowed at me.Look who's in a happy mood..seriously I don't understand what her problem is. I sigh and walk out.
"Hello, how can I help you?" I put on my best fake smile and look up at the customer. As soon as realization hits me, my face falls.
"What do YOU want?" I snap. He looks taken aback. "I'm sorry..I've had a REALLY bad morning.." I sigh.
"Well..I wanted to apologize for today morning, and well I was wondering if I could make it up to you with a drink,when you're done with work?" He smiles at me, a beautiful happy crooked smile. I try to study his face, but it's still covered with his sunglasses and beanie.
"I..I can't." I look down at the floor sadly.
"Why?" he asks..
"You see...I'm kind of..I can't" I mumble
"Well, don't look at it like a date..just as..a friend."
I could really use a friend...
"What was that?" he wonders. I must have just said that out loud. I try to put on a brave smile.
"Alright, BUT you have to take off you beanie and sunglasses before I ACTUALLY agree..I don't want to go out with a weird creep, that stalks me to work." I laugh and poke him. He joins my laughter, but quiets down, and looks at me seriously.
"DON'T freak out, OK?" he breathes.
"Oh c'mon ! You can't look THAT horrid" I laugh jokingly. He takes a deep breath and pulls off his beanie and sunglasses. My breathing hitches....
he's not "horrid", he is the most handsome person I've ever seen. I am instantaneously mesmerized by his beautiful chocolate curls, and even more amazing puppy dog eyes. He shifts his weight awkwardly and looks at me expectantly.
"W-w-well you certainly don't look that bad" I try to stifle a laugh.
He smiles warmly, and looks down at his watch. "OH FUCK ! I'm late ALREADY!" He frowns. "I'm so sorry, I can't stay any longer ! I REALLY have to get going now ! Let's just say tomorrow evening at about 19.00 at Domino's?" He asks. I nod quickly, and just like that, he's out the door.
We didn't even exchange phone numbers...I'm fucked...now I HAVE to go....
