Once upon a time, long long ago before the first man walked the earth, there was snow. God created snow to show how pure the earth was during the ice ages. When the first snow fell it was full of beautiful colors. It had the colors of orange, blue, green, and more. When the snow fell, The other objects on earth were jealous of the snow's colors while they were just a solid white. As soon as the snow touched the ground the greedy objects of earth, began to ask the snow for colors if their own. "Hey beautiful, may I have the color green for my leaves and brown for my trunk?" A selfish tree asked. The snow was a kind and gentle reflection of God and the earth, and without a word, the snow gave its colors. The tree moved away without a thank you, but the snow didn't mind he still had colors left. "Excuse me snow, may I have your colors of blue and gray?" The humble sky begged. But the snow was kind and granted the request of the sky. The sky moved slowly away without a thank you. But the snow didn't mind, but he only had one color left, orange. "Dear snow if I may, may I take the colors of orange?" The proud sun said as it approached the snow, the snow smiled and gave his last color to the sun, the sun began to shine brightly against the blue sky. The snow was saddened and began to leave but the snow smiled upon him "thank you my dear friend, I will give you something in return. When it snows I will attempt to hide behind the clouds, so you will not melt." The sun nodded and hid behind a blanket of gray clouds. The snow simply shed tears of joy and happiness, and this is why the snow is white, and at night it sparkles due to the tears of happiness.
