Chapter 3: Hazel Brown eyes

Zero's POV:

*Earlier that day: Morning*

When my plane arrived and landed on one of the airpot I quickly grabbed my bag and my. Went outside the airpot and called for a cab and telled to the driver the address my step dad told me which was a school address by the way, and went our way there.

The way there probably took hours but I couldn't complain because I was busy admire the houses, structures and the lands that japen had to offer It was so beautiful here in japan but as time passed by I fell asleep. I woke up later to see we have arrived at the address, I paid the driver, thanked him and smiled a little making him blush and stuttered a "y-your wel-welcome miss" before leaving.

Here I am at the gates of the school where I will be learning and living for the rest of my life...maybe, I took a deep breathe and walked in the gates as I walked in I found myself in the center of the campus I believe, I had to admit it looks nice and peaceful, then I suddenly heard squealings to my right, I looked at the direction of the sound to see a crowd of girls all looking and waving at a someone of the window at the top of the building.

I didn't stick around to find what was all the commotion about and went to find the school office which wasn't really hard to find since there was a map near the entrance of the school. I find the door with a "principle Cross's Office" on top of it I smiled a little and knocked at the door and ertered when I heard a male voice say "come in", as I entered a male with the same color as my as my hair he was wearing a uniform like the boys I saw outside only it was long that reached his ankle and his face was with a smile and also filled with happiest.

"You must be Zero my daughter" he said with his full of love and happiness

"Yes I'm"- I didn't get to finish because he suddenly ran up to me and gave me a big bone crashing hug, 'damn he's strong!' I though to myself as I was losing some air, what took like forever he finally released me finally able to breathe properly

"Ohhhh you look even more cute and beautiful in person, I'm so happy to have you as my daughter!" hr said making me smile and have a happy feeling inside me that I haven't felt in a long time.

"Ohhhh how rude of me to not tell you of my name, my name is Kaien Cross"

"Nice to meet you Cross-san my name is Zero" I said and smiled

"Why won't you call me dad or daddy or father even! Ahhhhh why is the world so cruel!" he yelled dramatically and his eyes started to form a waterfall made of tears, I rolled my eyes and laughed at his reaction but soon he calm down and went back to his happy self "You must be very tired from the trip come I just prepared the tea ohhh we have so much to talk about" he said happily and put his hand to my back and brought me to his desk and I sat at the chair to my left while my foster father went to his desk chair across mine.

Indeed we did talk too much that we didn't even noticed it was already dark, we mostly talked about my life, my hobbies, likes and dislikes etc. Then we talked about my life would be here in this school now I call home, he then started talking about a new symbol he had created for me, he picked out a clothe on his desk and showed it to me. It was a butterfly he told that this symbol means that who ever wear it is very important to the headmaster or the school or in other word it's like a VIP thing, I told him it needed wasn't really needed but he said it would protect me since I'm his daughter I tried to protest but gave up eventually.

We were about to talk about my scholar ship when we heard a knock on the door, after Cross said "enter" the person on the other side opened and went inside.

I was suddenly in a trance when my eyes first landed on his face, he was very handsome, his hair was a beautiful dark brown color and his eyes was a color of hazal brown and his body was in perfect shape, not to fat and not to thin like a stick. It made me think if he has been working out or does he have some abs under that uniforn. I was caught up in my own imagination that I didn't even notice him spoke and came closer to me but I did hear that his name was Kaname. His name kept repeating inside my head like a song, but I was gone out of my thought when I noticed him offering his hand to me I hesitantly grab his hand and introduced myself.
