The Bad Boy Is My Partner

Chapter two

Maybe I'm just over thinking this whole partner thing a little to much. I mean he can't be that bad, right? Ughh how am i suppose to even talk to him? He'll end up killing me!
Suddenly my bedrooms door flung open and Ava came in looking mad...oh no.
"Where were you!!? I was knocking on the front door for about 10 minutes! Then i finally climb through the window, What were you doing!" She finished her rant and looked at me.
"Umm talking a shower?" I said but it sounded more like a question.
"Ohh really. Then how come your hair not wet? Or why did you say it like a question? Huh!?" She smirked knowing i was lying.
"Ughh fine i was just thinking about the project. But since it's our movie night want to go to the store and stock up?"
"Yess!! Let go to the store that's just down the road though, and you're driving." She laughed and walked out the room.
I grabbed my keys and hopped in the drivers seat.
It's kind of weird. Ava and I don't really talk in the car. We sing as loud as we can and dance but never really talk.
The song Flavor of the weak came on and we both began to shout the chorus.

'HER BOYFRIEND, HE DON'T KNOW, ANYTHING ABOUT HER

I WISH THAT I COULD MAKE HER SEE!!!! SHE'S JUST THE FLAVOR OF THE WEAK!'

We finished as we pulled up to the store and got out.
"Get as much as you want i got paid this week" i told Ava as i grabbed a basket and she grabbed a cart then gave me a big thumbs up.
I went to the chip and candy section and picked out mostly salt and vinegar and doritos. Then turned to the candy!! I got anything sour, some hot tamales and beef jerky.
"Vienna!!! Where are you!?" I heard Ava scream from somewhere in the store. Gosh that girl has a big mouth!
"Ava! Im right here." I say as she almost walked past.
"Ohh good!! I got a whole bunch of junk!!" She said.
I looked at her cart and saw she had a lot of pop with cookies some candy and a lot! Of beef jerky.
"Kk hey, Ava want to have our race?" I asked and smirked. The whole thing about the race is we both give each other one item and we have to see who can find it and pay for all their stuff first.
"Ohh hell yesh!!!! But i need the money to pay for this" she said. I laughed and handed her $70 just to be safe.
"Okay your item is.....Condoms!!" We say at the same time.
"I said it first!" I say. "No i did!" She says back.
"Okay fine lets see who can get them first." We both agreed and got ready.
I put my money in my bra so i wouldn't have to pull out my wallet and i put my phone in my bag.
"Okay on three...one...two" and on two we both took off. We were pushing and shoving each other trying to find those condoms.
"Stop kicking me!!" She yelled and tired to trip me but it ended with her falling.
I laughed and ran towards the place i think they were.
"I FOUND THEM!!" I scream as i ran towards them, but some how Ava caught up to me. We both headed towards and saw there was only one left.
"I saw them first! They are mine!" I yelled at Ava.
"NO bitch they are mine!!" She yelled loudly.
We were both laughing and trying to get the box, when we heard something like camera's clicking and deep laughs.
We both looked up at the same time and saw the bad boys of the school starring at us.
"Aren't they your project buddies?" Archer said.
Archer is about 6 foot tall. Brown hair thats always spiked up and you can see his muscles through his white shirt.
"Sure is" Dawson and Kyle said.
"Umm..hi?" Ava squeaked and started to blush.
Dawson was staring at me and i knew we would eventually have to talk but right now i want to win this race and save that talk for later.
I took this as my chance and kicked her leg so she fell.
"YESSS, victory is mine!!" I yelled as i grabbed my basket and the condoms and took off towards the check out line laughing.
