Weeks later

"The monster that murdered my parents and practically destroyed our family is the same person who killed your father, Laila."

"What the is meaning of this, Alex!?" I slammed my fist on her desk, causing a large crack on the oak-topped surface. She frowned at it, but turned her attention back to me.
The bitch freaking'smirked at me!
"Why? Did something happen that wasn't suppose to?"
"You know damn well what happened! Don't play your f**kin mind games with me! I don't even care if you have to act like you've got a brain, just give me answers! I'm in no mood to play." I sneered at her.
She raised an eyebrow, placing her hand on top of her folded hands, leaning closer forward, "Oh? And what kind of mood are you in?" Even with the smooth deliver of her words, I knew that I struck a nerve with that "act like you've got a brain" comment, for her scar began to pulse.

I stormed out, not looking back. The last thing I heard from Alex was the sound of a knife blowing past my head and into some guards chest.
I just kept walking, unfazed. If killing themselves is their new strategy then all power to them!

The guards led me to a room with a completely white inside, furniture-as in a white stool-and all. After I slowly walked in, they shut the door behind me, locking it from the outside. Damn, it's so freakin bright in here!
The amount of time it'd take me to break out with that kind of lock? Thirty seconds. Yet, I just wandered over to the farthest corner, so I could lean one side of my body on the wall as I sat down.
I felt so drained.
That name....I said it. I was finally able to utter that person's name. It's been a four year silence, but now broken. I said his name.
As I sat there, head down with my fingers going through my silky hair, the door creaked open after several clicks that signaled the lock being undone.

The only thing that running through my mind damn I need to get out of here and fast
