"im still not understanding." I said sitting in the couch.

It had taken more then two hours to figure out how to change back but after calming down I did. My parents were trying to help explain everything but I just kept losing focus with there big words for everything. I was across from them and mother was on fathers lap in a chair. I felt very awkward completely naked with a sheet wrapped around me.

"Okay one more time." mom said.

"Use words I could understand." I said.

"Your a straight A student in all advanced classes how do you not understand the words alpha and beta and....." dad began.

"She's trying to comprehend hun just give it time." mom touched his shoulder.

"I should sleep. Explain in the morning." I said getting up.

"Your right you need your sleep." mom said handing me my glass of sunny D.

"Night." I said.

I went upstairs sipped my juice and set it on the table. I decided to put clothes on before anything else.

I put on some spongebob boxers and blank laced tank top. I went over to my desk and played some music.

THUCK.......CLINK.......PLINK....

I looked at the window and slowly walked over kind of scared and very on guard.

I closed my eyes and opened them just in time to see a very cold Hunter in my backyard.

"What are you doing?" I whispered yelled.

"Get back." he said.

 I did as he said and stepped back when something brushed past me knocking me on the bed.

"How did you..." I looked at Hunter and the window confused and shocked.

Hunter was wearing dark blue jeans, a white t-shirt, and white sneakers.

I handed him a blanket but he rejected.

"Now you know." he looked at the floor while he talked.

"Yeah but im still lost about everything." I admitted and he laughed.

"May I?" he asked gesturing to the bed. Before I answered he sat across from me.

"what are you confused about?" he asked.

"Everything." I gave a shy smile.

"lets start with this." He searched through his pocket and pulled out a collar. "here." he said sounding sad.

"Wait....is he dead or......" I began trying to put things together.

"Your so blonde. I was your pet." he chuckled.

"Keep it." I said. It was silent for a while when something clicked.

THUNK!!!

"what the hell." Hunter rubbed his head.

"You saw me naked." I whispered yelled again and he grinned giving him another thunk to the head.

"Okay I apologize. now lets start learning." he looked around for a second as if he was looking for something.

"Well at least you turned before your 18th." he said looking serious.

"Why?" I asked interested.

"Some don't turn until later in life and its said if you turn after 18 on a full moon its not pretty.....As in boys will hunt down the females and rape them." Hunter looked down and rubbed his hands.

"That is good." I said stiffly.

"Don't worry." he smiled at me. "You come from powerful wolves."

"I still not getting this."

"Okay you are a wolf, I am a wolf, your whole family from millions of years ago are wolfs, most of this town is either wolf or some creature, there are a couple people here who are just human but are mates with the magical people...."

"Whats a mate.....I mean I understand its a soul mate but like how does it work?." I asked.

"Well your wolf screams at you to be with that person, you cant stop thinking about them and just never want to leave them. Its simple really." he started and looked at me smiling.

"Do you have a mate?" I blurted out without thinking.

"Everyone does."

"I mean have you met your mate?"

"Yeah I have." he smiled as if he was thinking of hurt and a flash of pain went through me.

"Whats she like?" I asked more interested in the lucky girl.

"Perfect.....like heaven....she has these amazing eyes and her hair is just wow.....her eyes sparkle when she laughs, bright white teeth, her hair waves down just below her shoulder blades." he smiled

"Does she know."

"Not et but I hope she sees it." he looked at me again. "lets continue." he changed quickly.

"Okay so alpha....its the main wolf of the pack....your father is the main wolf of your pack your pack is this town. Toby the sheriff is your dads beta which is a partner like. If anything happened to your dad then the beta, toby steps up and becomes alpha. But since you changed you have the chance to become alpha."

"What about your pack?" I asked and a flash of anger and hurt crossed his face.

"I left my pack."

"Why?"

"My father isn't the best alpha, and many alphas shouldn't be alpha but its just how it is. My father killed and raped many people and he expected me to follow in his steps but I left and because of him I have no pack to live in."

"Stay in my pack." I smiled.

"Your father wont allow me. I tried. I can only be in here if my mate is part of the pack but even then he wont approve."

"Oh." I felt sad for him. "what did you mean by me being powerful.?" I changed the subject.

"it is told in tails that your ancestors were goddess the most powerful wolves, looks could kill wolves. Some say they live on everywhere and others believe they are just myths."

"How do they know and what makes them goddess.?" I asked getting more interested .

Hunter chuckled. "Your white.....your wolf is pure white....the goddess's all of them were pure white and no other wolf is pure white. Some can be dirty white or patches of white but not pure white. This makes you the next powerful wolf that can do anything." he said softly.

"More." I begged.

"Ill tell you more later but now you must sleep...you had a long day." Hunter got up and walked to window.

"Where you going?" I asked.

"I don't know yet."

"Your still my pet and your staying here." I pointed out

"You still want me even though you know now im not just a pet....."

"Your always my pet now get over here and sleep."

"Yes ma'am" he said sounding defeated. He pulled his shirt off and laid on top of the covers.

"Under covers I need some heat." I smiled.

He got under the covers and I pulled his arm around me feeling warm and wanting more of him.
