No regrets

Vex now being a ghost watched her mother come home to discover them both she had cried when she was her husband. When she'd seen Vex she had kicked her cadaver and screamed at it then finally dropped to her knees and cried beside her mumbling "I loved you, I didn't know that what I was doing caused you pain. I was just trying to make you grow up to be a strong, independent, beautiful young lady." At that Vex felt sorry for her mother, her mother had loved her but had not shown her. Vex felt it was her mothers mistake to not have shown her. Her mother then picked herself up and look around the room discovering the note and cried deeper.

She watched the police come and clean up the mess. She watched her mom come to gather the stuff with Vex's siblings.

She watched her fathers funeral with anger. She thought he didn't deserve mourners for what he had done. He had been cruel to her to the point of going insane along with the help of her school members. But after a few days her funeral came around only her mother her siblings and surprisingly Melissa and Arrin showed. Vex looked at Arrin and he looked sad and disappointed and guilty. Vex glanced at Melissa and she did to. She watched as her own casket was laid in the ground and the hole was filled with dirt.

That night Vex watched her mother sleep in her hotel room. Her mother couldn't sleep in the house where her husband and eldest child died. Vex still didn't forgive her she may have had been able to hang on if it wasn't for her mother. Vex sat beside her on the bed and fed memories from her life to her mother, fed horrific images to her, fed pain and sadness, fed sane crushing things to her watching her scream and flail in her sleep. She continued this every night watched her mother go to therapy every day till one day her mother lost it as she had. Her mother cried in her new white picket fence home. Vex's siblings had learned to stay away by now it had been merely a few months since the deaths and Vex had already learned of her powers and how to use them well. Her mother was praying by the fire place when she lost it she broke when she broke Vex could tell it had been just like Vex the glint in her eyes, the way her back went rigid, the anger, the sadness. Vex knew her mother had enough so Vex showed herself.

"Hello mommy." Her mothers blond haired head whipped toward Vex. "Y-You." She stuttered. "Me. So, you had enough I think. I think your insane now you were about to go kill Arrin weren't you?" Her mother stiffened. "Yes I was what about it it's not like you haven't killed anyone before! You killed your father!" Her mother screamed and dove for Vex but Vex was quicker and dodged her. Vex jumped up and ran for the kitchen again and grabbed the same kind of knife as before and went to kill her mother. To put her mother out of her misery, to show she had not forgiven her, and to have a little mad fun Vex left the kitchen clutching the knife tightly. "I'm sorry mommy. I haven't forgiven you though or anyone else." Her mother was frantic more insane than ever before she was freaking out and looking around frantically yelling into thin air speaking to things that weren't there. "Well, your more insane than I thought." Vex smiled and observed.

Vex pushed her unfocused mother and kneed her in the stomach. "Don't scream that'll only make this worse for you. It'll only hurt for a second not long I just want you to feel what I felt everyday for 10 years." Vex pinned her mothers arms down and cut her arms. Her mother did as told and tried not to scream but one escaped her lips. Shushing her mother by covering her mouth Vex slit her mothers throat.

There was a creak behind Vex and she spun around her little sister who was 8 came out of her bedroom. Her sister saw what happened at looked horrified. "Shhh. Don't tell anyone Bella. I'm sorry but you shouldn't have to deal with a broken, insane and cruel mother like me. Love you Bella. Remember this." With that Vex vanished. Vex killed Arrin and Melissa unable to forgive them. Now she drives those who are cruel like her parents, like her class mates, like Arrin, insane and when they cannot take anymore she kills them, takes them on the same path of pain, sadness, and insanity that happened to her.
