Chapter 9~ What?

Taurtis POV. 

As I awoke, I felt a bit of warmth next to me. I opened my eyes... the room looked all fuzzy, and too bright. I blinked and looked down to find Sam hugging me, and gently snoring.

I couldn't help but just give out a bright smile. 

Sam's hat was off and his hair was messy and curly, and his cheeks reflected a pleasant pink. Everything about him was perfect! I ran my hand through his hair, which I have been wanting to do.

Sam stopped snoring and slowly opened his eyes and blinked at me. I just gave him a smile, which instantly made Sam blink even more and blush, stuffing his head into the pillow.

I tilted my head and looked at him quite confused.

"You okay, Sam?" I said silently and calmly.

"Um... I'm fine, just... something...?" Sam grinned and gave me a sweet smile.

How sweet!

As we both got out of bed and got ready. (In separate rooms >:D) I noticed today was a Saturday... No school I guess.

While getting ready, I heard some stuff playing in the background. The sound just sounded... blurry? It sounded like it came from the living room of our house.

I then remember Grian from yesterday. The England man, Sam's friend. I wonder how they met... Were they friends before I came along? I can ask them later.

I then hear loud knocks on my door, then loud shouts. 

"Taurtis, are you done yet?! I want to explore Japan!!!" Grian shouted, but was a bit blocked off by the door.

"Yeah Taurtis, hurry you slow turtle! Me and Grian want to explore and go eat!" Sam quipped.

"Okay, okay! I'm done!" I shouted back in response, "Let's go!"

I barged through the door and Sam and Grian were ready.

"Let's go!"Both Grian and Sam agreed.

Grian POV.

I know, I know, I have had my turn in the last "chapter", but you know, it's fun!

Anyways, Taurtis asked how we met, and how long did we know each other. 

"For awhile to be honest..." I answered. 

"Yeah!" Sam nodded with agreement.

As we walked along the concrete sidewalks, I saw the purple haired girl, AGAIN. I then remembered something that I should have done, which I didn't.

I ran up to the purple haired girl and apologized. "Hey, um, sorry for running into you yesterday..."

Purple haired gave me a pleasant smile and gently spoke. "It's fine, anyways, I have never seen you around, what's your name?" She questioned. 

"I'm Grian...!" I replied quickly.

"Hi, I'm Majo Ellen, just call me Ellen for short," Ellen corrected. "I'm not purple haired girl!"

How did she...?! 

"Umm... hahaha... sorry?" I again apologized.

She then gave me a glare, which I didn't know why until...

"WHAT'S UP GRIAN!!!" Both Sam and Taurtis yelled.

I was startled that I suddenly jumped into some guys hands. It was... a muscle man?

My eyes twitched and I yelled jumping off the muscle man, startled. Taurtis laughed along with Sam.

"Hey Rowan... want your fortune told?" Ellen asked muscle man. Known as Rowan...

"YES MAGGOT!" Rowan said excitingly.

"You, Rowan, will be the strongest muscle man in the world...?" She replied.

Rowan smiled wide and flexed his muscles, agreed. He then turned around to look at a blond older women, and a young girl. Probably the age of Sam and his personality... 

"Honey, that's great!" The blond women smiled, while the young girl just stood there.

"Hi Rowan! Who's that?" Taurtis asked.

"HELLO MAGGOT, THAT'S MY WIFE... SHE WILL BE YOUR NEW TEACHER! HER NAME IS OKAMI" Rowan practically yelled.

Taurtis and Sam looked quite confused... and to be honest, I was confused too. Since he quoted... "NEW TEACHER". What does that mean? What happened to their old teacher?

"What about teacher Gareth?" Sam questioned, confused. Taurtis nodded in agreement.

"UM... HE... Um," Rowan started to get quiet, getting all teary and upset, "He's dead." Rowan said quite bluntly. 

"What?!" we all yelled in confusion.

"That's enough for now, I will tell you guy later, when you guys go back to school..." Okami gently patted Rowans back, while the young girl hugged Rowan. I assume, that's his daughter. The family walked away leaving me with my friends, and Ellen.

"Um, want a fortune?" she asked me and my friends. 

Both Sam and Taurtis squealed, "Yeah!"

They paid and got a pretty messed up fortune. (Yeah, no.... not going to tell you the fortune, too lazy x3)

"It's not messed up, Grian." Ellen corrected, "It's what it is."

"What?!" I stared in disbelief. Can she read my mind or something?

Then Ellen went over to Sam and whispered something I couldn't hear. What was she saying? I then noticed Sam starting to blush, hardcore. He quickly looked at Taurtis who was just looking at the puffer fishes.

"Ehhh, what?!" Sam burst out in shock.

Huh, whatever Ellen was saying, it sure did make Sam blush like crazy, and anxious the whole day.
