chapter 7: I'm scared

Today was a better day. Sun out it was a great day I went with lis to dig our records. We had a good day. When It was midnight I got out of my house to go and see johnny. He must be getting some sleep. As I got there at the boardwalk from a far distance I saw him laying down smoking a cigarette with no shirt on. I ran to him he saw me when I was running. I layed on top of him "Hey now" I said. I sat up on top of him. "Lisa told me you were sick and you couldn't come" "yeah I'm sorry johnny I think I just got hook up that night" I said. "But..." I started "I'm here to ask you a question" "okay tell me what's wrong Maria" "hmmm...." I started. I took his cigarette and smoked a little. "Hmmm my mom is a little worried about me because she said I'm acting werid and..." "And...." Johnny said. "My mom thinks.." I took the cigarette again and smoked. I sighed. "My mom thinks I'm pregnant johnny" I was rubbing his stomach. "Why does she think that" "I don't know johnny I just don't know I'm scared johnny what if I am pregnant its just hard my mom already found a catholic place were young woman go where they are pregnant and not married. I started to cry. "Ohh maria don't cry if you are pregnant I want you to know that where ever you are I will always be with you I promise don't be scared I love you." He kissed me. Ohhh it taste like cigarettes its so good. "I love you johnny I have to go before my mom catches me" "okay remember I'm always with you maria" then I left I was still scared my mom is taking me to the doctor tomorrow its just scary....
