Come Back To Me

Kevin ran down the corridor, he needed to see his beloved one last time.
He ran to last door at the end of the hall. He peered in and saw Eddward lying on his back, his eyes closed and his lips slightly parted.
Kevin pushed the heavy door open and ran in.
"Hey! You can't be in here!" A nurse came hurrying down the hall.
Kevin ignored her and ran to Eddwards side. Tears streamed down his face and he stretched a hand out and caressed Eddward's face.
"I'm.... I'm so sorry Eddward..." He choked out.
"Hey! I said you can't be-" the nurse began, but the doctor who had told him the news placed a hand on her shoulder and pulled her back.
"Eddward.. I'm sorry!" Kevin sobbed. He pressed his forehead against his. His body was so cold.
"Please wake up Edd! Please.... Eddward!" He cried out.

White filled his vision. He couldn't feel anything.
What happened...?
He could hear Kevin crying his name.
I can't die... I can't... I promised Kevin that... I'd protect him.... get up... get up!
Images of Kevin's smile flashed his mind, along with his tears.

Kevin... Kevin!

Eddward was running towards a light, and it enveloped him in a world of pure white.

Eddward opened his eyes. A blinding white filled his eyes. He squinted until his eyes adjusted.
Where am I..?
He felt something on his hand and he turned his head. Kevin was beside him, his hand in his own.
Kevin..
He wasn't wearing his hat and his hair was in his face.
Eddward gently reached his hand out and caressed his hair.
Kevin lifted his puffy eyes and felt tears of joy fill them.
"Eddward!"

PFFT. you guys thought that I'd end it here and kill him off? HAHA. GOT YA'S.
but yeah, it'll be awhile before I finish it off but I suck at updating. :3
