I shut my locker with my books firmly gripped in my hand
"Oh my god look at her, she's so ugly with that mustard type of hair" Riley Matthews said and pointed at me including her little group.
I rolled my eyes and tried to walk away but one of the girls stopped me
"What do you want from me?" I asked and stood there waiting for a response
She laughed bitterly "I want to know why were you all over my boyfriend Lucas? I saw you talking to him about something"
"Maybe you should ask him" I said with a sly attitude
She stepped closer to me and I got really nervous "Tell. Me. Now." She said in a more aggressive tone
I never been scared in my whole life I mean of course I could fight Riley but getting beat up by a whole group was totally different
I stood there in silence and that's when things got out of hand
"Oh maya you don't know what's good for you huh?" She played with my dirty blonde locks before throwing one hard punch at my face
My books instantly dropped to the floor and so did I

The girls hovered over my small frame and started bashing my face, legs, stomach every body part that was visible to them
I weeped in pain and Riley came out of the bathroom snapping her fingers the girls quickly followed her out of the halls leaving me there
I wanted to die so very badly, I grabbed my razor blade and ran into the schools bathroom stall
I was cutting my skin to feel at ease and to my surprise I didn't cry this time because the amount of pain i just encountered couldn't add up to cutting
Once I was done my "business" I checked the mirror to see how I looked

"What makes you think that? What if my mom picked me up early for dismissal" i lied

I ran out of the building as fast as I could trying get away before he'd catch up with me or go looking for me
